Good hotel - terrible staff & service. Even the free water, they want to charge me the same. Front office is informing me that the water is chargeable, on the other hand room service informed that the water is free of charge from the housekeeping. Since i stayed in several hotels worldwide, specially Accor, so they have to enhance the training of the staff, specially the managers to be able to be good example for the junior ones.
J’ai réservé juste pour deux jours j’en étais sûre qu’il y a un petit problème en arrivant ce matin avec les Taxi face à très sale vraiment j’avais l’impression de rentrer dans un foyer je m’attendais à cinq étoiles mais malheureusement j’ai l’impression qu’il acheter des étoiles par compte les chambres elles sont très spacieux propre mais ça Ça vaut pas cinq étoiles impossible je vais rester ce soir et demain je vais écrire encore à la vie avec des photos
Το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων βρίσκεται μια ανάσα από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της πόλης και την λεωφόρο της Γαλλίας. Στα συν του συγκεκριμένου ξενοδοχείου είναι το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται κολλητά με το Υπουργείο Εσωτερικών, κάτι που συνεπάγεται με 24ωρη φύλαξη από τον στρατό και την αστυνομία! Διαθέτει ευρύχωρα, σύγχρονα διακοσμημένα και καθαρά δωμάτια, ενώ σερβίρεται ευρωπαϊκό πρωινό από πλούσιο μπουφέ! Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ οι τιμές ικανοποιητικές για αυτά που προσφέρουν! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Location is right in the heart of Tunis, close to all amenities, Professional staff always willing to help. Must also highlight the gentlemen at the door, at one occasion I was coming from across the road with a heavy box it was within seconds that the gentlemen noticed me from far away struggling with the box and came to assist with the box and carried it for me all the way to the room. Front office agents, Food & Beverage service staff, Housekeeping, Laundry all been great. Breakfast was good. Met a couple of occasions with the General Manager of the Hotel and he made it a point to sit with me and ask how my stay was. Could have not asked for more. Service of the hotel and the cleanliness was impeccable The hotel is old and tiered and deserves a renovation along with up gradation of systems such as elevators, AC, WIFI etc these seems to have been a reoccurring issue of certain breakdowns of systems during my 4 days stay, However I must admit that rectification of breakdowns did not take long to be maintained and back in action. The rooms are large with most of them views of the city, The hotel has so much potential taking into consideration the level of service they provide should it be renovated.
It was a terrible experience at first that turned later to below average. I was surprised with a rude person who did my checkin. He was unprofessional, nor did he have the attitude neither the look of guest reception. The room was dirty, I had to change it ( I found dirty sheets and hair on the bed) the 2nd room was also dirty. The room had AC but they turned it off, the same rude guy from the reception was telling guests that the season for AC has not started when it was very hot and humid in there. They also activate the keycard for 48h then you have to go ask them to reactivate it again. They said the system had a problem but I guess they were doing it on purpose to make people go to the reception just in case. The room service was not on a daily basis and the breakfast was terrible. I’ll never go back.
