安西亞飯店公寓(Anthea Hotel Apartments)

Apartahotel moderno e ben tenuto, in posizione strategica per visitare Agia Napa. Grande e con tutto il necessario. Non ho provato il ristorante, ma aveva un'ampia scelta. Unica pecca, i dispenser di shampoo e sapone in bagno erano vuoti. Tornerei senza dubbio.

Great location!! Nice room - Luxury 1bed aprtm. The breakfast and dinner was Ok. The pool area needs an upgrade and pool beds need changing.

Grande cordialità e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff in particolare da Victoria ed Angelo. Ottima posizione perché vicino a tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Stanze confortevoli con l'aria condizionata, bollitore e tostapane. Colazione e cena a buffet abbondanti con personale sempre molto cordiali e generoso. Bellissime le piscine! Great friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff, especially Victoria and Angelo. Excellent location because close to everything you need. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, kettle and toaster. Abundant buffet breakfast and dinner with staff who are always very friendly and generous. The swimming pools are beautiful!

Ottobre 2023 18 notti. Anthea hotel apartments si trova in una posizione centrale comodissima per movida e sei al centro delle spiagge . Quindi zona non silenziosa se si cerca assoluta tranquillità. Noi abbiamo dormito bene. Pargheggio gratuito vicino hotel per girare bene consiglio di affittare l'auto perché le spiagge sono dai 10 min ai 20 min in auto per visitare tutte quelle Ayia Napa e Green bay. Nella via presenti servizi di vario genere mc, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi suovenir, box office taxi, atm per denaro. (sembra la Rimini in Italia) voto posizione 5su 5 Hotel grande su due piani con piscina e sdrai. Possibile sevizio colazione e mezza pensione. Noi abbiamo optato per una mezza pensione. Colazione internazionale all' inglese a buffet, cena a buffet. La qualità del cibo era buona. Voto 4su 5 Voto Personale 5su5 La stanza abbiamo scelto un superior ci hanno dato una stanza perfetta difronte ufficio responsabile e all' ascensore. Posizione stanza migliore. Stanzia ampia con frigo piano cottura bollitore e tostapane condizionatore. Poltrona, ampio terrazzo con tavolino e sedie fronte piscina. Connessione Wi-Fi presente. Bagno scelto con doccia e letto singoli uniti. Letto grande e comodo. Con la cura di qualche dettaglio in più sarebbe stato 5 Voto stanza 4su 5 Pulizia stanza ok. Voto pulizia 4su5 Lati negativi: Presenti molti cuscini ma non comodi per i nostri gusti. Supporto doccino rotto. Non presente uno stendino (però si riusciva a stendere sul vetro/ ringhiera). Pochi attaccapanni nell armadio. Presente un solo specchio in bagno servirebbe anche uno lungo La domenica non veniva svolto servizio pulizia e cambio biancheria E a noi anche il giovedì. Hotel consigliato

Это был самый ужасный отпуск, а точнее его часть за 20 лет моих путешествий по миру. Фотографии на букинге не имеют ничего общего с реалией номеров. В первую ночь предоставили номер в котором лет 10 не делали ремонт, все разбито, старая сантехника, мебель. Предоставить другой номер ночной менеджер не смог, в итоге ночь провели в лобби. В течении двух следующих дней так же пришлось постоянно менять номера по причине постоянного ночного шума с улицы, криков англичан в коридорах и номерах отеля, звуков бьющегося стекла и ругани охраны отеля с постояльцами. В итоге после трёх бессонных ночей мы были вынуждены бежать из этого ******* (пардон, отеля).

Uma estadia para esquecer... quase tudo foi mau neste hotel! No website do Hotel vimos imagens de quartos remodelados, mas quando chegas hospedam-te num apartamento velho, com má limpeza, camas péssimas, toalhas velhas... a única coisa boa dos apartamentos são ao AC e o frigorifico. É a primeira vez que fico num hotel/apartamento de 3 estrelas que não tem televisão!!! A direção do hotel nada faz para agradar os seus hóspedes, pois efetuamos vários pedidos (mudança de uma das camas de solteiro porque não estava e condições, pedido de colocação de gel de duche porque tinha acabado, etc) e nenhum deles foi atendido! As duas piscinas do hotel estão mal tratadas, com água muito turva, pois os jovens passam a tarde a beber dentro da piscina... O preço das bebidas do bar e restaurante são preços de hotéis de 4 ou 5 estrelas, extremamente caras! A juntar a tudo isto, o hotel está cheio de miúdos ingleses que fazem imenso barulho até altas horas da madrugada... embriagam-se e não respeitam os outros hóspedes. Por fim, referir que o restaurante do hotel é muito bom, desde o pequeno almoço ao jantar. Tem lá um senhor com alguma idade que é extremamente simpático e faz de tudo para que te sintas em casa. Se puderem, não escolham este hotel!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε παρά πολύ καλή περιοχή καθώς εύκολα μπορείς να μετακινηθείς παντού και γρήγορα , το φαγητό στο πρωινό νόστιμο , το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό αλλά θεωρό ότι θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει περισσότερη προσοχή στους φιλοξενούμενος και καθοδήγηση κατά τη διαμονή….. Όταν κλείσαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο μέσο μιας σελίδας ( agoda ) δεν είχε πουθενά καμια σημειώσει ότι το ξενοδοχείο δε συμπεριλαμβάνει το κλιματιστικό μέσα στην τιμή … αλλά με το που ενημερώθηκε η receptionist μας είπε ότι θα μας το ανοίξει δωρεάν χωρίς χρέωση κάτι π το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ κ ήταν πολύ ευγενικό εκ μέρους του ξενοδοχείου κ άμεσα κιόλας μας κανόνισαν … το κακό είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος στάθμευσης καθώς έχει ένα μικρό χώρο για λίγα αυτοκίνητα με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολευτούμε αρκετά με αυτό το κομμάτι , συν ότι στις 3 μέρες που μείναμε τη πρώτη μέρα ήρθε καθαρίστρια αλλά τη δεύτερη δεν είχε έρθει ποτέ μέχρι που αναγκαστήκαμε να το ζητήσουμε εμείς για αλλαγή στις πετσέτες κ καθάρισμα γενικότερα ! Την Τρίτη μέρα φυσικά δεν ήρθε ποτέ κανείς κάτι που φυσικά δεν μας άρεσε !! .. επίσης φεύγοντας από το ξενοδοχείο είχαμε χάσει ενα αντικείμενο το οποίο κάλεσα για να ενημερωθώ αν τυχόν έχει βρεθεί στο δωμάτιο που ήμασταν αφού είχαμε φτάσει σπίτι γιατί δε το βρίσκαμε , η κοπέλα η οποία απάντησε στο ρεσεψιόν μου είπε ότι θα το δει κ θα με πάρει πίσω αλλά δε με πήρε ! μετά από αρκετές ώρες αναγκαστικά να πάρω εγώ να ξανά ρωτήσω κ μ είπαν ότι δεν βρήκαν τίποτα κ πως αν είχαν βρει οτιδήποτε θα το πήγαιναν αμέσως κ θα με ενημέρωναν , δεν τίθεται θέμα περί κλοπής όπως είπα και στην ίδια αλλά μια καλύτερη εξυπηρετήσει σε έναν πελάτη του ξενοδοχείου να βρει κάτι που έχασε !!!! ….. η γενική εξυπηρετήσει πελατών από το προσωπικό θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη ….:)

The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. "Who can be the least interested in helping guests" seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.

As soon as we walked into reception it was obvious we’d booked the wrong accommodation. There were buckets throughout reception to catch the water dripping from the air con. Reception area could definitely do with some kind of welcoming furniture/fixtures as it was very dull and mundane. We arrived around 4pm and the resident “DJ”by the pool was blaring music louder than most clubs in Napa Square. We were told we were in room 128 which is in the furthest corner from reception. We dragged our suitcases though wet/extremely slippery,dirty,hair covered corridors. Had to go through a couple of teenagers having an argument. Arriving at our room you could tell that there’s no love or attention in the rooms and that they’re clearly worried that the teens/early 20s will destroy the rooms. Decor is knackered and please don’t depend on a view from your room. Room is falling apart In regards to the hotel pool…well unless your a teen/early 20s and just want to get drunk,listen to loud blaring music,have a football kicked in your head and look at mountains of food wrappers/used alcohol cups/ cigarette butts I’d avoid this place. I know the “manager” will leave a comment on my post but honestly please clean the place up! Only good thing is the location
