My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο. Το προγευμα και το δείπνο 10+. Πολυ καθαρό. Το κυριότερο και αυτο που μας τράβηξε πολύ, οι υπάλληλοι ηταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟΙ, δεν έχω λογια. Πήγαμε παντου στο ξενοδοχείο σε όλα, καφετερια, εστιατορια, το βραδυ για ποτο και ναργιλε, ειλικρινά τα παιδια που εργάζονταν ηταν απίθανα, ευγενικοί με χαμόγελο και όρεξη. Εννοείται θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανα.

If your looking for an excellent adults only hotel to chillout and relax then Ayia Napa Suites are 2nd to none. Exceptional staff providing an outstanding hospitality experience from morning breakfast service right through to late night cocktails, this coupled with lovely spotlessly clean smart rooms and the best view in Ayia Napa will not be beaten for value for money. Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Big thank you to Alex - Bambos - Tasos - Ali - Tanya who manage breakfast, lunch, dinner daily as well as creating the lovely cocktails and the personal bar service each day. Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό τον μήνα. Την πρώτη φορά με τον σύζυγο μου και ήμασταν στην adults only πτέρυγα και την δεύτερη φορά τώρα 3 μέρες μαζί με τα μωρά μας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή το δωμάτιο μας ήταν superior και ήταν καινούριο καθαρό και ευρυχωρο. Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες, πολύ βολικές για κάποιον που έχει μικρά μωρά και ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται και η παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα για εμένα είναι ότι κάποιες ώρες δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε parking ειδικά αν επιστρέφαμε αργά το βράδυ. Κατά τα άλλα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!

Really enjoyed my stay at Nestor Hotel, the hotel is clean, has a lovely pool, and the food is good! What made it extra special was the staff, all so friendly and accommodating, especially as one of the people I was with is a wheelchair user. The hotel itself isn't the most wheelchair friendly, however their staff did everything they could to make sure my friend could get around and felt comfortable. Also want to mention, the entertainment from Billy was great, always trying to make sure everyone was having fun. Honestly this hotel has a lot of heart, which made out stay very worth while. Only reason why I haven't given the full 5 stars is because it isn't fully accessible for wheelchair users, so room for improvement, that they have said they will definitely be implementing.

我是我們和攝影師參加的婚禮的伯母。我們遇到的婚禮統籌人真是太了不起了，專心致志，照顧好每個人，向後彎下腰，使他們的日子過得更好，沒有什麼太多，對我們來說很有禮貌，但是有條理！他們竭盡所能為她設置儀式和招待會，並用他們自己的夫妻和他們的夫婦使之最美好！我不知道他有多少英格蘭婚禮協調員！ ！強烈建議您參加婚禮。

English: The service was excellent. The service was always very quick and absolutely attentive. You never had to wait for your coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately, we have often experienced this at other hotels. Attention was also paid to little things throughout the hotel. Every day there was fruit and a cold, moist towel at the pool. The staff were all very friendly. From the chambermaids to the management. The hotel was super clean. We had half board. The breakfast was very, very good and very plentiful. You could also swap dinner for lunch. Both were excellent. The management was always available. If anyone had a problem it was dealt with immediately. The resort as a whole is very well maintained. It is cleaned daily. From the sand on the jetty to the sea to the gardens. We will definitely be back. German: Der Service war exzellent. Der Service war immer sehr schnell und absolut aufmerksam. Man musste nie auf seinen Kaffee beim Frühstück warten. Das kennen wir aus anderen Hotels leider des Öfteren. Es wurde auch auf Kleinigkeiten im gesamten Hotel geachtet. Täglich gab es am Pool als Aufmerksamkeit Obst und ein kaltes, feuchtes Tuch. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Angefangen von Zimmermädchen bis hin zum Management. Das Hotel war super sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut und sehr üppig. Das Abendessen konnte man auch gegen ein Mittagessen tauschen. Beides war hervorragend. Das Management war jederzeit ansprechbar. Sollte jemand ein Problem gehabt haben wo das umgehend abgestellt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Sie wird täglich gereinigt. Angefangen vom Sand, der auf dem Steg zum Meer liegt bis hin zur Gartenanlage. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. ”Who can be the least interested in helping guests” seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.

Fantastic freindy destination for a good holiday made to feel welcome by the,bar staff Tommy top lad, always greeting you by name.which must have been difficult for him, good few sue& Paul's food absolutely delicious full English breakfast and smashing Cyprus chips,👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺 Cyprus 🍺🍺🍺 well worth the price refreshing.family owners who go out of the way to, make the experience of the nappa prince,a holiday never to forget very friendly staff domestics , reception helping you to sort out any problems,in my opinion you will never be getting.pool towels supplied snacks just ask, with the keen staff, stayed out late one night and missed our breakfast, got offered a cheese toastie,that's how kind the Nappa prince is, very happy quest's who returned year, after...who mix and are very happy to see everyone new and old,,,our apartment room 101 b,,, block, overlooking the gardens...sue is on her way to hays travel and booking,,a 3week stay for next year, only a 40 minute slow stroll to the square,if you wanna be a party animal 💫🙈🙉🙊🍺🍺👍👍 prince as a good selection of people who are thier to enjoy the holiday , highly recommend the nappa, prince thats why we can't wait to get back
