Very good services. Have parking space. Very good breakfast. Can speak Cantonese.

Upon arrival we were told the property is a 15 minutes walk away. The outside of the building looks like the back end of a random area which felt insecure. The hallway were not carpeted. Bottom line: what is advertised does not REFLECT the location of the property for the apartment we booked. The owner should be transparent and take photo of the ACTUAL building and the hallway as I booked the place based on the exterior photos provided in listing so on the basis that the exterior photos do not reflect the reality I have to give it low review. The person who helped us was nice, The property itself inside was reflecting the photos. But overall due to false advertisement and not accepting a resolution via ******* I have to give it a low score

Staff were lovely and breakfast really good. The room was a bit out dated and the curtains weren't lined so let all the light in. The front door was quite insecure.

Excellent hotel, lovely place, rooms great, service fantastic, breakfast brilliant. Parking and ideal location. We will return.

Great place to stay. Friendly welcoming staff, great breakfast choices, perfect location for Victoria Park and the Town Centre. On site parking a real bonus. No major issues that affected our stay but an observation to consider is that there are no 'grab rails' in the bath which could be an issue for older/single occupants. Would stay here again when next in the area. Well done to all at Victoria Park Lodge 👍🙂

The decor of the public rooms and our bathroom is dated, which initially put me off, but the room itself and our ensuite were spotlessly clean and comfortable, which are very important to me. We had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning and staff couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient area for all of Leamington. We would definitely stay again.
