非常糟糕的體驗，入住時間是下午四點，比較晚，夜裡一點半有人在門口刷卡，但打不開門，隔着門溝通了一下，樓下前台給了他們這個房號的門卡，他們發現屋裡有人，表示歉意，轉而下樓。過了二十分鐘，接近凌晨兩點，酒店服務人員來電話，確認我的名字，然後説是他們搞錯了房間但現在處理好了。但是在這之後我就完全醒了，很久才再次入睡，此事嚴重打擾了我們睡眠，第二天退房時向前台詢問此事，前台男服務員很敷衍的表示了道歉，讓人感覺冷漠。
另外，早餐很一般，沒什麼好吃的。房間淋浴花灑出來的水比較細，水量小，衞生間設施陳舊狹小。

酒店裝修很有設計感挺文藝的，房間設施一般，舒適度一般，空調噪音很大。早餐還不錯品種較多，停車免費，出行比較方便。

Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

I liked the boutique style hotel which was one the reasons why I booked here. Another reason was because of the restaurant that was stated as one of the amenities at this property but it was shut down upon arriving.
We were placed in a room where the floor was wet and it smelled like mildew. We did get moved to another room but overall hotel is average. The stay was pleasant though.

It was convenient and the staff was friendly. Toilet was too low for my comfort and the double beds that were advertised were not Queen size but full size beds. I would prefer to pay what I reserve. Overall it was a pleasant experience and recommend anyone to stay there.

1st room we checked into got flooded. We left when we came back there was water everywhere in the room from the rain. All our shoes got wet. Went to complain and they gave us another room. The 2nd room didn't smell plesant and the toile wouldn't flush properly. The water went down so slow we literally had to flush it 5 or 6 times just to get it clean. This was also the issue for the sink. The water would not drain properly.

We’ve stayed at many hotels. I will say this is our favorite. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Austin. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great staff, breakfast, location, amenities, and atmosphere! And the foosball table was a hit for us. Definitely recommend this hotel.
