A localização fica em a área tranquila, próximo a mesquita azul. O atendimento é excelente, tanto na recepção quanto no café da manhã, as acomodações são confortáveis, chuveiro bem quente e com pressão. O café da manhã é excelente, um dos poucos hotéis com uma variedade de opções para estrangeiros e ainda Eu ganhei um presente no check-out.

We visited Istanbul for 3 nights and stayed in this gem of a hotel . The location is perfect , so close to the blue mosque and to the main tram line . It's a quiet corner and felt so safe . The rooms were clean , comfortable and quiet at night . Breakfast was lovely . The highlight was the amazing staff who were so helpful . Making great recommendations and making us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again .

Очень удобное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности все достопримечательности при этом район очень тихий и уютный. Персонал внимательный, при заселении сразу рассказали куда пойти и как лучше пройти, сколько что стоит, благодаря их подсказкам мы строили свои маршруты, они большие молодцы. Завтраки вкусные и на любой вкус, никто не оставался голодным. В отеле есть потрясающая веранда на крыше с красивым видом на море, в зимний период она закрыта, но легко можно поросить персонал ее открыть и сделать потрясающие фото. Это самое лучшее соотношение цена-качество. Однозначно вернусь в данный отель

Ottimo hotel a due passi da moschea blu e Santa Sofia, vicino c'è un piccolo bazar. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Mi aspettavo un pochino in più dalla stanza ma non sapevo ci fosse la superior. Ottima esperienza

La ubicación es muy buena ,se llega en 5 min a la mezquita azul y el barrio es muy tranquilo. El hotel es pequeño y muy cómodo ,el desayuno es bastante completo y el personal muy amable. Te ofrecen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto y ponen una botella de agua todos los días en la habitación. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Extrêmement bien situé pour les visites touristiques. la literie est de très bonne qualité les chambres sont très propres, les petits déjeuners sont variés et de bonne qualité. We had a very good experience at Katelya Hotel. The location is excellent - just a 5 to 10 minute walk (if that) to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other major sights. That convenience alone makes it a great base for exploring the city. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We stayed in one of the family suites located across the road from the main building, so we cannot comment on the rooms in the main hotel. Our suite was compact but comfortable, with a kitchen and fridge, which was very useful during our stay. While the furnishings showed some signs of wear, everything was clean and in good working order. The suite is in a shared building with other units and backs onto a restaurant (or something similar), with a window connecting the spaces. People came and went throughout the day and night. While this did not cause any issues, a bolt or latch on the inside of the door would have offered some added peace of mind. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would happily recommend it to others.

Очень довольна этим отелем, расположение отличное, все основные достопримечательности в шаговогой доступности, очень удобно. Номер чистый и комфортный. Хороший завтрак, можно попросить пожарить себе омлет. Очень вкусно. Отличный сервис, помогли с парковкой, очень заботливый персонал. Огромный плюс это открытая терасса на крыше отеля. Я очень довольна и всем рекомендую этот отель.

Très bel hôtel, emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied, les hôtes bienveillants ils nous ont conseillé pour avoir un bon restauration et faire les balades en ville, chambre propre, très bon petit-déjeuner. Merci beaucoup !

We had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent—just steps from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar were a bit further but still easily walkable. The room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom, especially the shower area, was quite small, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Breakfast included a decent selection of vegetarian options, but vegan choices were limited. It would be great to see at least one non-egg hot item—like potatoes—offered daily to make the breakfast more inclusive. Special thanks to Mustafa, who was very helpful before our arrival—he promptly answered questions about parking and booking confirmation, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The staff overall were warm and welcoming. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
