非常糟糕的引導。廣告圖片根本沒用。走廊裡堆滿了垃圾，床單也很髒。根本沒有自助餐。提供的烤豆和蘑菇餐點都是涼的。停車位不足。詢問其他停車位時，他們提供的是錯誤資訊。預訂了兩晚，結果只住了一晚。非常失望。我的伴侶非常——————————。我們不會再住這裡了，也不會推薦給任何人。謝謝

飯店位置便利，交通方便，但需要爬一段上坡路。前台女士面帶微笑地迎接我，感覺很親切！房間的空調壞了，但有暖氣，所以很溫暖。浴室非常乾淨，還提供了護髮素、洗髮精和沐浴露。隔壁房間的一對夫婦晚上和早上都在大聲爭吵，聲音大得嚇人，讓我難以入睡。另外，我和男友住，但他先去上班了。之後，一個看起來像是清潔人員的工作人員突然闖了進來，沒有敲門。當時我正在睡覺，陌生人進來讓我很害怕。前台應該共享退房訊息，以避免此類事件再次發生。

非常不愉快的體驗，房間和訂的完全不一樣，前台三哥一開始説確實不一樣，明天早上10點後給你換原來房型（真離譜，我衹住一天）後來説説衹剩這個了，愛要不要。回房間後給攜程打了投訴，攜程倒是很重視，但是三哥拒接攜程的電話☎️所以最後還是沒解決

This was our first stay at Ascotia Off Queens and I have to say that the staff were very accommodating during or two nights there. (A little side note; the deposit is $250.00 and not the stated $100.00 on the Trip website. I paid cash for the deposit and received it back on checkout without any issues). They have a nice little dining space on the ground floor opposite reception which caters for al a carte or buffet depending on your choice and it's very responsibly priced. The parking spaces are limited so best to reserve early and as for the parking spaces themselves? We had no issues with parking but it can be a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle, still doable though. The bedroom we were in was tidy and small, but comfortable. Shower amenities were good with complimentary body wash, shampoo & body lotion provided. The bed we found to be clean and comfortable so no complaints there. The only issue we had was not enough room to store our bags and the bin in our room was tiny. Apart from that Ascotia off Queens was a great place to stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the great service.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das modernste, aber es war hell, sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verbesserungswürdig ist für mich auf jeden Fall die Lobby: sie lädt in meinen Augen nicht zum Verweilen ein und dazu riecht es sehr stark nach Essen. Im Gepäckraum stehen irgendwelche Müllbeutel des Hotels herum - das alles hinterlässt keinen positiven Eindruck, wenn man das Hotel zum ersten Mal betritt.

房間氣味難聞。前台不得不把我們換到其他房間，而第二個房間的馬桶沖水壞了。我們一晚都沒用上廁所。 不得不預訂另一家酒店，第二天早上退房。我們只住了一晚，但付了三天房費 :( 和前台的女士溝通一下，她答應我們至少退還三晚房費中的一晚。退房日期過後再聯繫酒店，至今無人回复 :( 。

它地理位置優越，靠近公車站，步行即可到達斯凱塔、Britomart 車站、阿爾伯特公園、奧克蘭魚市、高架橋等。我最終沒有使用我的火車卡。他們的接待處有非常友善的工作人員。 至於家事服務，不太滿意，因為他們只是整理我的床單，丟垃圾，但沒有用吸塵器吸地板和打掃浴室。

這是VR連鎖飯店。如果預算充足，可以選擇VR Queen的第一棟大樓。這家酒店非常老舊，更重要的是，它沒有空調。這是我住過的第一家比青年旅館還差的飯店。所有人都震驚地發現整間飯店的空調都壞了。前台說這是正常的，冷氣沒壞，只是打不開。那天氣溫19度，還下著雨，所以房間裡還是有點涼，我們只好開窗通風才能睡覺。但是房間有點潮濕發黴。不推薦喜歡開冷氣睡覺的人入住。飯店的設施也很糟糕。沒有洗手液，沒有沐浴露，也沒有洗髮精。牆上只有幾個空瓶子。不過倒是有一小塊肥皂和一小管完全不起泡的洗髮精。除此之外什麼都沒有，別浪費時間問了。杯子上全是灰塵，得先用水沖洗一下。總之，這家旅館糟透了。我絕對不會再住這裡了。

抽氣扇隔麈網積塵，影響抽氣。 空調隔塵網積塵，妨礙空氣對流，影響冷氣制冷。

由於7月底去紐西蘭旅行，氣溫寒冷，飯店沒有暖氣，很難入睡。 當我最後一天告訴他們我因為冷而睡不著時，他們拿來了一個暖爐，我就能睡得很香了。

Good location. Shopping centres and eateries are all nearby.

房間乾淨，衞生。前台，餐廳工作人員認真，負責，客房工作人員打掃房間乾淨，整潔。非常滿意入住感覺，下次還會再住。

Quiet good except its so high up the road. Really nice view of sky tower though.

lovely time, very central close to shops, they let us check in early however it did mean that something was missed in the fridge that made the room smell but they were lovely and removed it straight away
