The hotel itself was amazing, everything nice and clean, as soon as you walked in the lobby was sparkly clean. The people working were very nice. The only think i noticed was when i pulled the sheets off the bed i noticed black hairs, which made me think they weren't washed since it was our first night there. Nothing huge i took them off cleaned the bed. Overall great place. Would recommend

This is a great LaQuinta. We've been here many times when in town for volleyball tournaments. Newer, clean, and the staff here are absolutely great. Deborah, their night front desk manager is a gem. We love her.

The room was pretty beat up. The control on the wall for the heater didnt work. All the controls on the unit were so worn you couldn't tell what they were for. The tv kept blacking out on us. The faucet in the bathroom had toothpaste on it, the floor was dirty. I slipped in the tub. No mats or strips in it. I could hear the elevator going up and down the shaft all night. The carpet was shredded at the door of the elevator. Another accident waiting to happen. Very industrial area with a lot of fast food places. Didnt feel safe

I was coming to attend the pink concert and stay at your hotel. She canceled the concert at about 24 hr in advance of the concert. I spoke to someone that night and the next day @hotel and ******* asking if I could cancel or get a credit for the new undetermined concert date and was informed it was not possible. Apparently I did not “check the box” that allowed for a refund ( I never intended not to come, certainly didn’t expect Pink to cancel.) I literally paid for a service I did not receive , needless to say I am not pleased with your hotel or *******. I understand policy but there is a human component to your clients that support your hotels and gestures of goodwill and compromise go A LONG WAY. I feel like I’m place of a refund a credit would have been a reasonable compromise and would have made an amazing impression that you were trying to work with a client on a circumstance out of their control. Instead I just paid for a service I did not receive

The location was easy to access. Hotel is always locked due to transients around location. Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Staff were all very nice and welcoming!

Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the free breakfast was varied and offered something for everyone.

The staff are remarkable and friendly. The hotel looks exactly like it looks on the website.

Did not sleep, the refrigerator motor sounded like a jet engine most of the night. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel is fine. Nothing special. The area is depressed and crime is high but we were unaffected. Please keep this in mind. The bed and room were clean but the counter by the toilet was very dirty and hasn’t been wiped down in a while. Breakfast was good. There are hot options and it was fresh when we got it. Getting internet in the hotel is very difficult. Aside from that it was comfortable and quiet.

Our stay was awesome! All employees were very nice to us, no matter what time it was! I absolutely will stay again!

It was wonderful! Quiet and safe. Very clean. Room was comfortable and the soap provided was Dove. Parking was a little hard but not bad.
