相比國內而言，設施比較老舊，可能因為酒店建成時間太長的原因。但是窗外風景很好，能感受到亞特蘭大森林城市的美稱。工作人員的態度有的好有的差看運氣，但是總體來說很細心，靠近lenox 商場，很便利。

酒店處於繁華商圈，停車費很貴，自助停車$45/天，代客泊車$55/天。感覺酒店管理混亂，清早8：20工作人員竟拿着房卡開門做清潔，幸好我們反鎖了房門進不來，但把我們吵醒了，後來退房時給前台反映，前台也沒表現出驚訝，一副見慣不驚的樣子，還懶洋洋地笑了下。再也不會入住這個酒店。

酒店位於桃樹街附近。位置雖然靠近倫諾克斯商場,但散步還是有點遠。看到了幾個酒吧和酒吧。我想說他們一般都還可以,但如果他們能把我搬到樓上,那就好了,因爲我清楚地要求我更喜歡樓上。

Great front desk staff and breakfast that exceeded my expectations, especially the coffee bar with iced coffee. Eugene from maintenance promptly addressed one small issue with the TV and couldn’t. I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

訪訪客用戶我們的住宿非常舒適，飯店絕對漂亮！服務還可以，因為有些工作人員不太熱情。站在門口的人（訪客看到的第一張臉）態度堅定、嚴肅，甚至不打招呼、微笑、點頭，什麼都不做。你甚至沒有得到承認。我想這取決於你是誰。前台工作人員總是令人愉快，微笑著回答問題/請求。我和我的家人很喜歡 Nest 餐廳的食物，因為我們在住宿期間在那裡吃了幾次飯。總的來說，我們很喜歡希爾頓西嘉酒店。我唯一不喜歡的是讓我覺得我們不受歡迎。

訪訪客I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have been loyal to Marriott for 7 years. I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to

DDongfangshuishou酒店比較陳舊了，且酒店前後都處於高速或主幹道旁邊，夜間高速車輛與跑車聲音非常吵，玻璃隔音又一般，所以兩個晚上都沒有睡好！入住大堂服務不錯，早餐挺好，水果豐富，一樓有配套24小時餐吧！

訪訪客我們在酒店呆了8天,真是太棒了。步行即可到達,每個人都有這麼多事情要做。水族館,百年公園,民權博物館,可樂博物館,餐廳和購物。這是我多年來吃過的最好的酒店早餐。酒店很乾淨,工作人員很棒。Ruby 女士擁有我見過的最熱情好客。她以名字認識你,並且總是簽到,以確保你擁有你需要的東西。Rhonda 女士和 Shamon 女士早餐做得很好。保安和小販非常友好和細心。唯一的缺點是浴室的水壓稍低。優秀的整體體驗,我會再次住在這裏。

SSSB1016This is the former W Buckhead hotel. It’s not as old as other hotels in the area but doesn’t seem to be as well taken care of. They have some sort of staffing shortage. I’m not sure if the fired staff or didn’t replace them after the pandemic but it’s very evident in the service and upkeep of the hotel. The air condition in the room went out daily during my three night stay. The unit displayed that the filter needed to be replaced. Maintenance would just come in, vacuum the furnace and leave. It would work for about 12 hours before it went out again. This was during a heat wave in Atlanta and the temperature outside was over 100. The front desk didn’t even seem to care that the rooms were unbearable. Ideally a nice dip in the pool would have been nice on such a hot June weekend. However the tiny pool was full of bugs and needed to be cleaned. I only needed to have breakfast once to find out it was a bad idea. The food at the Sister Restaurant was horrible. The omelet tasted like an ingredient was spoiled. The eggs were already cracked and in a bowl on the counter. The server was nice. Things got even worse when I checked out. The hotel system was down so they needed to send the receipt after I left. When I received the receipt there were a multitude of charges for the bar that were not mine. The hotel staff never answers the phone and refused to respond to my multiple emails. I eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The faulty AC, dirty pool, and excess charges made me regret giving this place a chance.

The hotel room was comfortable and served its purpose for a one-night stay. The room was cute. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. The bathroom was fine. We had a very nice view and it was pretty quiet on our floor. We had water damage in the corner of our room near the ceiling. It didn't cause us alarm because we weren't staying long. The water pressure in the sink was very low to the point it made it hard to even use the water for basic needs. The toilet was very close to the wall so it may not be the best for us larger folk; doable though. The shower temperature got ”lukewarm” at best. For me to say that means it was probably tepid for those who like really hot water. And a weird quirk is that the outlets in the bathroom and front of the hotel did not work. It seems there is a switch to turn on the master power in most rooms, but not all (not the one I stayed in). Front desk sent an engineer up to fix it but we had to leave for an event so we did not get to interact with them. When we returned, the problem was not resolved. I could tell they came because the breaker panel was open but I was not about to start flipping switches. I did not address it because, again, we only stayed one night. They serve hot breakfast but we didn't like the taste of it. We didn't expect a 5-star breakfast by any means but it just wasn't on par with usual hotel breakfast to us. The coffee was the tastiest. If I were staying multiple nights I would've been more disappointed. But, again, for one night, it was doable and comfortable enough.

FFarAway20500115854THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING!! If I could give a zero, I would have. My family was in town for a soccer tournament and this was the team's hotel for a stay to play tournament. Never again!! Outside of the hotel, in the elevator and in the hallways had a musty odor and smelled like ****. Room was infested with tiny roaches and just didn't feel super clean. I don't do bugs! Had booked two nights but checked out after the first night for better accommodations somewhere else. The owner should be ashamed of these issues, because based on reviews, this has been going on for quite some time. Get your act together. Close this place down and get rid of your roach problem, and bring in a professional cleaning crew for a deep clean.

CCoxRealtyOther than the carpet showing its age and the luggage cart being a little stubborn, this facility had everything we needed. The room was large with a tv, fridge, and good lighting. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The AC unit was efficient and fully functional. Breakfast was a real treat with a variety of offerings hot and cold. The French Toast sticks and scrambled eggs seemed to have a little extra something that made them special. I think this place is a bargain and we will definitely stay here again.

YYING離機場較近，周邊比較荒僻，樓上有一家餐廳吧飯菜味道還不錯，也可以坐在天堂欣賞飛機起降，環境不錯，但是賬單永遠都搞不清楚，總是多收。周邊開車出去3分鐘有一家越南餐廳，味道不錯價格也實惠。房間較大，設施基本齊全，不過連續兩天晚上都有人莫名其妙地敲門，不清楚是什麼人，堅決不能開門。
