舒適套房飯店-亞特蘭大機場(Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport)

It was delightful! Our room faced the trees & it felt like we were in a treehouse. The suite was really well thought out & we had every thing we needed for a comfortable and restful stay! It was also really nice to have the breakfast there for us~~even enjoyed the lobby as we waited the next day for our family to arrive. It was peaceful and well kept & sunny. :) (The title Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport was deceiving to us. We are from Arizona & thought if it said Atlanta Airport in the title, that it would be right by the Atlanta airport. There wasn't a shuttle that goes to Comfort Suites, and it ended up being quite daunting & time consuming to get to there! We ended up getting on a wrong van, and it cost us $40 to have the driver deliver us.)

I was placed in a room #422 and the heat did not work at all. I reported it to the desk 2 different times, with hours in between to give them a chance to correct the situation to no avail. I stayed up the majority of the night bundled up with the temp alternating between 58-61 degrees COLD! I went to my Penske rental to heat up

The pool was nasty green couldn’t swim and it was slippery could have drowned if you was not extra extra extra careful room sofa and bed had stains very outdated I would like a refund the customer was really good it over compensate for lack of property I ended up sleeping in my car

No me gusto este hotel fue mala la verdad no hay picina y ni desayuno dicen q por renovacion pero fuera bueno que pongan un aviso para uno antes de book saberlo la.picina dicen ke no tienen los permisos de la ciudad el refrigerador no servia estaba haciendo mucha agua en la carpeta muy mojada so los cambiaron a otro cuarto

I love my stay. Very quick check in, and customer service at the front front desk is A1. Breakfast was great. It was right on time. Definitely will stay here again. I believe they just renovated, if they did they then they did an excellent job

This hotel was easy to access from the interstate. Easy to access the airport too. Room was clean, overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok, little cheap, but for the pricing of the room, it was an even exchange.

One room had a missing matress in the rollout couch. They moved us to another room that was moldy!. Finally settled on a 3rd room, but things were broken in there.

Reception was great, room was large and comfortable. No soap, no phone, holes in wall, electric plugs did not work correctly,

Check in was easy we were told a lot of things wasn’t available do to remodeling. But when we got in our room and got comfortable as possible I needed a bag for my dirty clothes so I opened the closet and it was full of black mold and the heat didn’t properly work
