非常好的人和地方，適合我在亞特蘭大的三天住宿。感受到這座城市的熱情好客以及人們給了我很多幫助，尤其是在一些後勤安排上。 也是進行快速購物的非常方便的地方。

The staffs attention to detail was extremely impressive. We had a last minute change of plans and had to stay in Atlanta another night. The staff booked us a room asap with all the upgrades! We will for sure be back! The spa was also about to accommodate us with a couple of last minute stress relief massages. Kristen has the magic touch for sure! Thanks everyone!

We had a bachelorette party and the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, especially Josh at the front desk. Our bride to be arrived after the welcome champagne had finished by a little bit so Josh brought us champagne for our group of five upon her arrival. Then he made sure we had all the champagne flutes we needed and a refrigerator for our champagne and caviar to keep celebrating in the room as we got ready for dinner.

This was our first time staying at this St. Regis. What a lovely hotel. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were super friendly. We did high tea which was a treasure, ate at The Garden Room and enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows soft. The only downside to the entire stay was the room was so incredibly hot. They did bring a fan and we were told it would be fixed but it was not. I ended up sleeping only with a sheet and the fan on full blast. When opening the door, it was at least 10-15 degrees cooler in the hallway. Getting ready was quite interesting as it was so hot but we did not complain a 2nd time. We did let check out know and they comped our breakfast. Next time, I will make sure to ask that the room is cool upon arrival as this room was extremely hot. But everything else was great.

Top facilities, top staff. Staff engaging in conversation with us was well received and pleasant. I'm sure they're trained to do that, but none-the-less we found it unique and welcomed.

A true gem; beautiful art and sculpture collection, AMAZING customer service, elegantly appointed rooms and lobbies. A 5-star experience .

St. Regis Atlanta The St. Regis hotel in Atlanta is amazing. The staff is professional and friendly. They tend to all of your needs. No request is too small. Each afternoon in the lobby they offer guests champagne and petite dessert bites. At 6PM each evening they have a Champagne Saber Ceremony on the 4th floor. The hotel also offers a private car service free of charge that will take you anywhere you need to go within a 2-mile radius. The hotel has a nice pool and several amazing restaurants. The St. Regis bar and the Garden Room were two of our favorites. You should definitely visit them if you are in the area. There are also a variety of local shops and restaurants in the area.
