亞斯文鄰近Nubians Mosque的飯店

We were initially happy about the hotel, the kitchen staff were great with my friend with mobility issues, the rooms were nice, the view was great. However, trying to get a refund for over paying for our stay has been terrible. Their credit card machine did not produce a receipt so they said it the transaction did not go thru, so they ran my credit card card a second time. Again no receipt, so my friend paid instead. Well, the 2 charges on my credit card did got thru, as I saw them on my credit card statement. The hotel says they reversed 1 charge, but that's a lie because no credit was issued. The hotel continues to refuse to reverse the charges and refuses to communicate with my bank. Therefore, the bank is saying I'm responsible. The hotel got paid 3 times for the 1 night stay! I cannot believe that I'm the only one this has happened to. So AVOID staying here,

The sheets and pillows are definitely not cleaned for I can easily tell from the smell. But good part is that the suite is huge for solo traveler like me with two bedrooms and one dining room.

這個家酒店服務、環境還不錯，但是地理位置不對，辦理入住的時候找酒店找了一個多小時，一路沿着尼羅河找，適合自駕入住，不是自駕的不推薦。

酒店地理位置優越,靠近商場和火車站。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人,特別是管家。當我給她放一些提示時,她留下了感謝筆記。房間很基本,沒有免費水,水壺和咖啡袋/茶袋提供。電視頻道有限,但有英語電影可以看。浴室需要一些升級,淋浴區很小,很難洗澡。熱水供應很好。地毯灰塵很大,陽台外面的桌子和椅子。酒店需要在所有門上工作,因爲我必須用力打開和關閉,這造成了很多噪音。在我逗留期間,我的鄰居回來得很晚,半夜敲門,擾亂了我的睡眠。餐廳直到深夜才開門。下午5點下去,被告知他們不供應晚餐,但坐在那裏的當地遊客很少。總體來說還是一家ok的酒店,但需要在他們的場所進行一些改進。

先説優點：酒店從外觀看起來還是蠻好的，工作人員態度認真負責，會主動打招呼，每次出行都是坐酒店的小船，船伕很敬業，凌晨三點半要坐船也可以，而且省了一筆坐帆船的費用，尼羅河的景觀真的很壯觀！房間面積還挺大的，拉開窗簾就是尼羅河，太美了 缺點：早餐種類稍微有點少（不過該有的全有），酸黃瓜好吃😋房間不太乾淨，有一種陳舊的年代感，毛巾啥的也不太乾淨（最好自備毛巾），床單摸起來感覺有十年了，起球了都 如果當成四星級酒店的話還湊合，五星級不配…尤其是價格還不便宜，七百多一晚… 提醒消費者一下，最好定可以免費取消的房型，因為我提前兩週定酒店是740多尼羅河景觀不可取消，提前一天來攜程看相同房型已經變成600了，狠狠虧錢😭

I really loved this hotel. The view from my room (5th floor) over Aswan, the cataract, Elephantine Island, Aga Khan monument, was breathtaking. As the hotel is on a hill, I cannot imagine any other hotel offering views like that. The rooms are very clean, though a bit dated, and large, with a balcony. Very generous outdoor grounds, nice swimming pool and a perfect breakfast buffet. Nice little shopping center with very good prices for souvenirs. All in all - a hotel I would like to return to.

Our first impression was great. Beautiful lobby & wonderful staff. We were sent across the driveway to rooms on the Nile. The view was great, but the constant honking of horns due to the road being very close, was not so great. The Wifi worked very well. There was a lot of storage in the room. And room service was excellent & food was delicious. We even got a box lunch for breakfast the next morning & it was stuffed full of good things. The furniture was very old but that is not an issue if all else is well. However, the beds were the hardest I have ever slept on, with high pillows that felt like a full bag of flour. And then there was the dirt. I am not known for my house-keeping skills, but this dropped below my standards. Dirt on the bathroom door made me want to not touch it. The walls had dirt & stains on them. Some things were broken & holes were just left in the walls. The curtains were not clean. I felt dirty every time I touched something. The bedding seemed to be clean, though. Thankfully, we were only there for 1 night, so we let it go, as it was booked for us by tour company. we would not stay there again, despite all of the good things.
