Non smoking room had rank smoke odor. Staff was seemed preoccupied and almost bothered by checking in guests, seemed annoyed when conversation was initiated about the room and amenities. Staff indicted parking charge was included in cost of room yet they charged an additional $12. Breakfast was slightly worse than a Denny’s. Located in a nice area though with great access to restaurants.

Every time I travel to California, I prefer to stay at your property. It’s covenant to my friends and family and business. Where you have gone wrong was to suddenly change for parking. You are going to lose my business cause I would rather pay for parking at a much nicer hotel. Bring back the free parking. Just monitor who comes and goes by assigning a parking pass.

I will lay out the most objective review of which I'm capable. One that encompasses both positives and negatives. Positive: clean, well-appointed rooms. Capable of being very dark for quality sleep. Quiet for the most part. Lobby and common areas also spotless and contemporary. Staff was professional and friendly. Negative: breakfast buffet & omelette bar food sub-par. Oily, burned, and messy omelettes. Tables poorly bussed. Floors messy. Food items infrequently restocked. Fellow guests leaving used towels, beer empties, and takeout waste in front of doors leant a bit of a trashy a**osphere in residential floors. Parking situation unacceptable. This is a suburban location with little crime and properties on large lots with masses of parking. There is no excuse for this property to have a gated, paid parking lot at $12/day. The gates did not function correctly during my stay. This made leaving and entering the hotel a major inconvenience. The staff did not communicate well about the parking gate malfunctions. It is infuriating to have paid parking but also signage reminding customers that the property is not responsible for any damage to or of theft of parked cars. Then for what possible purpose are the gates, if they are not protecting the vehicles from threats? It is just a cynical corporate maneuver to separate guests and their money. Peer properties in the same area do not have gated parking. Consumers should not tolerate this.

Check in was terrible. Paid and confirmed 2 king bed rooms. Was given a 2 queen bed rooms. They blamed ******* for the mix up, was told no other rooms available, 1 room completely. Smelled of mold, could not stay in that room. after speaking to management. 2 king bed rooms magically appeared. After finally getting the correct rooms, one room had no soap, towels and shampoo, Tried calling the front desk for over 30 mins. No answer, So I decided calling from my cell as I walked down. The attendant at the desk was just standing there staring at the desk not answering the phone. I had to interrupt her from the complete daze and ask for the missing items. The shower was leaking , I did report it and nothing was done. I have stayed at many Embassy suites , and this is my choice of hotels but never have I ever seen a hotel in such a state of disarray. So disappointed that a Hilton hotel was in suck poor condition and service.

Every day breakfast is great! Staff are friendly and helpful. Also love the happy hours where they have a lists of drinks where each guests are given 2free drinks of their choice with some snacks that goes with it. Although on our 1st night , we requested change of cover for the pull out futon bed coz we've notice the cover is old and dirty. We haven to go all the way down to front desk and request it coz no reply from housekeeping but to our surprise we were only given new covers and ended up doing it by ourselves, On the last day in the morning we just found out that kitchenette sink fell off. It's a good thing we were charge about it, Overall, hotel is recommendable,
