巴爾的摩內港希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor)

Quite old facility. Not providing water and supply basic stuff if not asking.

전반적으로 친절하고 방도 좋았다. 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고 청소 상태도 좋음. 하루 청소를 안 해 놓은적이 있어서 별 하나 뺌. 위치도 괜찮고 일층에 커피와 차 뜨거운 물을 제공하고 있다. 먹을만 했다.

My AC kept cutting off while I slept and it got so hot that I got a nose bleed. I kept having to turn it back on and it was so humid that I had to dry my clothes with a hair dryer before putting them on. The little sleep that I did have was usually cut short but revving cars so I would recommend not staying on the side that overlooks the circle. I had to stay here for work but I will never stay at a Hilton Garden by my own choice. That was awful.

We paid 35.00 for valet parking but had to get our own car after waiting for 20 minutes because there was only one valet attendant for 4 Flores of cars. He handed us the keys shine we waited for a full elevator of people and we had to hit the alarm to find our vehicle after 10 minutes. It was not the attendants fault. There should have been more valet staff after paying 35.00 for parking.

The faucet in the bathroom was broken. You could not obtain cold water as the handle did not work. Also, the bathtub did not hold the water even though the plug was activated. The hotel is dreary, and other than it's proximity to the Acquarium, I would not recommend it. Our door keys did not work, and we had to make a second trip to the lobby to get the keys activated. The coat closet door would not close properly, thus interfering with exiting the room. Only decaf coffee was available. We verbalized these concerns to the desk clerk, but received neither an acknowledgement nor an apology. We were disappointed with our experience and truly feel like we should be reimbursed for our charges.

This property technically has a pool but its available from noon-3pm. Disappointed children on vacations suck. Our room was clean but the refrigerator was constantly running because the ice was so built up, it pushed the door open. Meaning, when was the last time that was cleaned. The room didn't get super cold either but we were able to open the window for cool air. The hotel wasn't bad, it just didn't meet our expectations. Was a great location for walking.

My husband and I booked a King bedroom but were told they overbooked so they gave us a 2 Full size bedroom instead. The room was small and cramped. The carpet was dirty. The closet door hinge made squeaky noise. They gave us free dinner at the Hilton cafe but the server was rude. I did not like how she stood far from our table when taking our order and told us she can't hear us. If she stood closer, she would hear us well. The only thing I liked about the property was it was close to the Carey Business School. I will not recommend Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel, upon checkin, was not at all what we expected. For the price I paid, I expected the condition of the hotel to be much nicer. Our room door was dragging the ground so bad that it was incredibly difficult just to get in and out, the bathroom outlet did not work, the bathtub drain did not plug, the mattress was heavily stained, all of the furniture was scuffed, and to finish it off the employees were arguing about job duties out in the hallway. I've also never stayed anywhere that had an onsite garage that you had to pay extra for, which might be a regional thing I understand but it was cheaper to park elsewhere. I've never felt compelled to leave a review for anything in my life, but I was very unhappy with what I paid for vs. what I got.
