Pros: good location, about 15 to 20 minute walk to Camden Yards. There’s a Dunkin Donuts a block away, the breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. The staff was friendly, had a nice little gym to work out in, indoor pool, hotel was clean, room was spacious and nice.
Cons: it turns out that your room doesn’t get cleaned daily unless you specifically ask for it, so we had a pretty hefty stack of dirty towels and filled garbages by the end of our 2 night stay, so make sure you ask advance to have your room tidied up. Valet parking crazy expensive (your only option unless you find a garage) $42 a day plus tip and if you tip on credit card you have to pay a surcharge on the tip!
Not to mention that they hit something with my bumper and now I have a gash and it took 40 minutes to get my car back when I was only supposed to take 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, the price of the room was pretty expensive. $300 a night, which I thought was a little much for what it was.
Overall, nice place, good location, good breakfast but I probably would stay somewhere else if I returned to Baltimore based on the price, valet and housekeeping experience.
