巴爾的摩內港歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore-Inner Harbor)

Everyone was friendly. But, I reserved a king bed, when we got to room right at check in time, it was 2 queens. Desk attendant said they overbooked by 4 king rooms so she had to change ours. When I pressed the issue, she said she was busy and put me on the endless hold! Never occurred to her to tell us while we actually checked in? At 3 pm, all kings were already gone? Not likely. Not nice

Shower did not work. Wi-Fi did not work. First told to park our car, then told they has to park it or it would be $200. Lastly, when we walked back up to the 7th floor where our car was and brought it back down to be parked - we were told they don’t drive stick shift. This made us late for work. The staff was rude. Most soda options in the Hampton market place were out but the refills were within sight behind the desk. The manager laughed at our complaints and stated they didn’t have to refund our money or do anything since it was booked Third party.

baltimore has turned into a cesspool but this property ensures that the exterior sidewalks are clean, the building is secure, and there is no presence of homeless. The staff are friendly, helpful, and hardworking. My review of the cleanliness and property conditions were lower because there are confusing signs such as one indicating Stairs and Laundry at a single door but there are not stairs. The Vending signs on each floor are misleading because there are not vending machines. The small vending by the check-in counter is grossly over priced. Go 2 blocks to Royal Farms or 7-11. although the room looked clean, the bathroom floor left brown dirt stains on socks and any towel left on the floor. I really think a good mopping is being over looked. The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked and trash emptied quickly. The staff definitely do a great job.

When I arrived and received my key the floor to my room had good and crumbs in the hall I asked for it to be clean and stayed for days no one ever vacuumed. The bed was hard the rooms were pretty clean. I would also say the rooms were a nice size, but the hotel was dirty. I didn’t even want to eat the continental breakfast.

The shower had mold and mildew stains. Front desk employees don’t smile or greet you when approaching the desk. My room which has a 2 adults capacity is furnished with one chair which happens to be a desk chair. You cannot relax very well in a desk chair as it feels quite hard. A second chair was obtained after requesting but it too was a desk chair and uncomfortable.

Hôtel bien situé à 1/4h du stade des Orioles, 20mn de celui des Ravens et 3mn d Inner Harbor qui sont en gros les activités principales de Baltimore Inner Harbor s est un peu dégradé avec le Covid mais ce n est pas non plus la zone. En effet, dès mendiants, sûrement aussi des toxicos vu les yeux de certains mais ce n est pas non un gehrig ou un coupe gorge et la police est très présente Hôtel correct : rien d exceptionnel, mais rien de négatif. Conforme à du Hampton inn de plusieurs années. Surface assez grande, lit ok, frigo, douche avec plusieurs savons, clim, petit déjeuner à l américaine classique (assiette cartons, omelette toujours un peu trop trop cuite, potatoes, machine à gaufres, céréales, pommes, bagels, jus de fruits (toujours trop sucrés) oatmeal etc…) Valet parking un peu cher et comptez 20 bonnes minutes pour le retour du véhicule mais le parking dans les downtown est toujours cher. Vous pouvez cependant trouver 10-15$ moins cher que les 42$ de valet pour la nuitée dans un des parkings publics voisins mais à double checker sur place car les prix varient énormément en fonction de la saison, s il y’a un match où on etc….

I would have given an excellent review to this hotel. However I forgot my apple laptop cable charger in the room. I called the same day and they said they would ask the staff. I didn’t receive any call but I called again. It was like I didn’t call before at all. They again said they will ask the housekeeping staff. I’m still waiting. The staff doesn’t care at all. I don’t feel like coming back to a place like this.

Pros: good location, about 15 to 20 minute walk to Camden Yards. There’s a Dunkin Donuts a block away, the breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. The staff was friendly, had a nice little gym to work out in, indoor pool, hotel was clean, room was spacious and nice. Cons: it turns out that your room doesn’t get cleaned daily unless you specifically ask for it, so we had a pretty hefty stack of dirty towels and filled garbages by the end of our 2 night stay, so make sure you ask advance to have your room tidied up. Valet parking crazy expensive (your only option unless you find a garage) $42 a day plus tip and if you tip on credit card you have to pay a surcharge on the tip! Not to mention that they hit something with my bumper and now I have a gash and it took 40 minutes to get my car back when I was only supposed to take 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, the price of the room was pretty expensive. $300 a night, which I thought was a little much for what it was. Overall, nice place, good location, good breakfast but I probably would stay somewhere else if I returned to Baltimore based on the price, valet and housekeeping experience.

去內港真是太難過了。現在太危險了，大部分地方都搬走了。漢普頓酒店的食物/飲料非常有限。我們的房間夠了，但浴室的水槽排水不好，浴缸水龍頭鬆脫。最令人失望的是，客房服務甚至沒有清空垃圾桶，而我們的垃圾桶卻滿了。我們沒有門掛標籤，希望客房清潔人員至少檢查一下房間，我們不得不要更多的毛巾和衛生紙。非常小的努力。
