Antique 1928 details in the hotel were nice. The art installations made a real difference. Staff were gracious and helpful. I needed a new tux dress shirt — there was a shop 3 blocks away. I had a new shirt and was back in 15 minutes.
The grand spaces and the history in this hotel make it special.

I started the reservation and it showed one price. Right before payment, they jacked the price up.
Thought it was an error, so I tried again.
It turns out they bait you in with a lower price, then switch it to a higher price. Front desk was unwilling/unable to help.
Will not stay here next time I'm in town.

Stayed here for one night for a concert. Easy check in, rooms clean, 1 minute walk to CFG arena. Room was very quiet.
Overall good stay for one night.

Amazing! Came to Baltimore for KISS show. All services at the hotel were terrific!! Bar food and drinks were great. Room was nice. Overall awesome stay!! Recommend!!!

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the bathroom…Bathroom needs updated. The toilet needs a larger stool, the tiles need to be replaced and the toilets need to be higher.. Other than that, everything was great😊

There was a huge wad of hair under the microwave, fixtures in bathroom were coming off the faucet. The A/C didn’t work at all. Tried to talk to front desk and they weren't much help

Great front desk. Quiet and clean room. Bed was ok not great. Cleaning people started to come into our room at 7:30 am which woke us up!
