安特衛普市中心英迪格飯店的評論

在安特衞普衹住一晚，選擇了這家距離安特衞普中央車站僅200米的英迪格，附近就是安市的唐人街。酒店房間比較小，特別相比國內的英迪格，但設計很有特色，這家酒店主打的是畫，房間裏，其他公區到處掛滿了現代主義的畫作。早餐不錯，選擇挺多。

離安特衞普CENTRAL火車站，正門出來，左邊道步行100米，非常好的位置。出酒店門左邊是唐人街。滿足中國胃。 酒店入住遇見了一位移民2代的美麗温州女孩，普通話還是很標準的。。熱心。。標配的房間沒有熱水壺，讓幫忙拿了一個。。 房間跟前面的荷蘭阿姆比較，就遜色一點了。擁擠一點。。沒有電腦枱，衹有一個小茶几。具體如圖。 浴室，廁所。。過得去吧。。就是毛巾有點酸酸的味道，毛巾的毛也明顯不鬆了。。這個差評。 還有浴室配置的沐浴露，一個小小的瓶子，旁邊的洗髮水、護髮素確實泵裝。。想不明白。。 前台門廳的位置有綠蘋果，橙子。。可以拿一個。。 好像是2晚還是3晚不打掃，可以要1張5歐的代金卷，酒店BAR 喝一杯。。

非常好的酒店，工作人員友好，房間漂亮，位置優越，而且非常安靜。非常美味的早餐！飯店裝潢很溫馨，強烈推薦！謝謝你們對我兒子的熱情歡迎！

The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

因為英迪格才定這個hotel，結果是快捷酒店，根本不是印象中的Indigo。沒有冰箱，沒有衣櫃。最受不了的是，不乾淨。掛紙牌，請來打掃與換毛巾，結果衹來換毛巾及垃圾袋，其他全不做。隔早九點，打嫂阿姨竟然直接敲門問何時要退房，她要打掃。無語了，這個酒店。

整體上差強人意，作為大連鎖價格不低的情況下紕漏太多。 首先和朋友先後抵達酒店，因為在安特衞普匯合特意預訂時寫了兩人的名字，朋友提前抵達被要求等待，後續卻被拒絕在三點鐘單人入住。經理出麪還是讓朋友進了房間，但清潔人員似乎不清楚房間已經有客人入住的事實沒有任何錶示破門而入，使我的朋友受到驚嚇，這是第一點。 朋友在pre check的時候已經以現金形式繳納過一次城市税，經理來辦入住的時候表示系統沒有顯示要求再次繳費，這完全不合理，現金不進系統二次收費完全是酒店的責任，反而表示朋友沒有刷信用卡英語不佳沒有表達清楚。 洗手間的下水道味道很大，因此我們留了一張房卡作為電卡在房間使空調持續運轉減小氣味，回房時房卡卻莫名消失。我們掛了免打擾的牌子，儘管如此前台表示清潔工進了房間可能不小心拿走了房卡。簡直荒謬。我們掛了免打擾的牌子本意不想讓人進入，若是要倒垃圾應當徵求我們的同意。同時夜班經理表示拿走房卡是正常的，雖然不常見但時有發生，把消費者的財產安全置於何地？溝通態度極差，並且表示在退房前不可能給我們一個合理的理由，藉口是清潔工在我們退房時間後才會上班。 整體上體驗非常差，房間昏暗，在並不安全的街區，價格不低卻漏洞百出，非常不推薦入住。

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square. I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh. Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends. In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival. Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

就在火車站外面，位置很棒，房間裝飾得很漂亮，工作人員非常友好。我和我的妻子一定會再來的！

位置真的是非常方便，離中央車站徒步只要3分鐘，隔壁就是超市，再隔壁就是各或各樣的餐廳裡，地鐵也在1分鐘的步程内。房間簡潔樸素，衛生也非常好。整個酒店很小，房數也不多，只是有些陳舊，說是四星級，實際上比較像3.5星級。但不影響住宿的舒適度。不錯的酒店！

It close to the train station, subway, tram. Very convenient to transport to viewpoint. The room is small, dusty, smell bad when we arrived. We find out the dust everywhere when the light is on. It is easily to see it flew whole room. The toilet smell is so strong when we opened the room door, no matter how many times we flush the toilet. The smell is continuously coming out. There is no air circulation in the toilet.
