I prepaid trough you web but when I arrived to the hotel the money of u guys to them NO was. I had to pay again at the counter of the hotel. Need to refund my money asap. The worst situation is that I have other prepaid booking this June 1st for 2 nights. It’s going to happening again. No money available will be at the hotel ???? Need answers right now. We trusted in you.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.
