「Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.」
