一般，環境不是很好

房間每天打掃，酒店很温馨，送了巧克力，早餐也很好吃。

位置離阿拉木圖客運站兩站路，所有公交都到客運站，所以離開阿拉木圖前住這裏很方便。 酒店對面是超級大超級大的Grand Park，裏面吃穿用玩都有分區域的，超市種類齊全買特產零食都很方便。 裝修環境好，服務好，衞生間乾濕分離很寬敞 洗手池沒有枱麪衹有池子 偏小 ，最主要的床太窄了兩張0.8米寬（一家三口衹能將就睡，如果床寬一些就完美了），早餐不是自助，是點餐式套餐，搭配不錯能吃飽吃好。另外在攜程付了房費是含税費的，但是不包含旅遊税費，現金付了1500jian ge.

出差住這還行。挺方便的

房間還可以，居然不提供瓶裝水。整體一般般！

該酒店就是一個坑，希望大家要注意！

Surprisingly the room was clean. Nice chandelier in the room. Breakfast was pleasantly good and filling. The flooring of the rooms was granite which was well grouted though this is surprising for a hotel in a place that can get very cold. The air conditioning unit broke down though. It would be nice if the room had a kettle to boil water on cold nights.

I had a flight at 10 pm night, they refused to put my luggage in the reception, had to pay extra 40 USD around just to extend my checkout to put my luggage there. This was very weird , normally everywhere they allow to deposit luggage and collect later
