每次到沙特達曼都住這個酒店

前台服務很好，酒店比較乾淨，是商務出差很好的選擇，早餐也比較豐盛。

前台服務很棒，特別是大叔，看到我們滿頭大汗，先來個涼濕巾紙，再配一杯橘汁，特別舒服、清爽。早餐很棒，食物很多。

avrei dovuto andare li con 2 miei colleghi per un mese ma , quando ho chiesto informazioni in reception oggi 1802 è dalle 16 orario italiano che proviamo a chiamare ma dalla reception ci attaccano il telefono (((( INACCETTABILE )))) ANDREMO IN UN'ALTRO HOTEL DOVE SONO SICURAMENTE PIU' EDUCATI (( CI VUOLE POCO )) mi sa che di international hanno poco

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

This is a super modern, brand new hotel in a business district. Beautiful design and very friendly and kind staff and good amenities. They have a decent room service. The rooms are spacious, bathroom well equipped with a good water pressure. Silence at night. Across the street from the hotel is a great breakfast/lunch place Koy&bakery which serves fantastic food. We would highly recommend this hotel.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته كانت زيارتنا لفندق الانتر في الخبر الفندق جيد ولكن لدي ملاحظة المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق هناك ضيقة جدا جدا ويكون هناك ازدحام في فترة الصباح والمساء لا اعلم اذا كان هناك يوجد حل لهذه المشكلة اتمنى لكم دوام التووفيق

كنت مع عائلتي لزيارة فندق الانتر بالمنطقة الشرقية في مدينة الخبر وللاسف تفاجئنا بالمنطقة ضيقة وازدحام سيارات لم نستطيع الحصول على موقف لوضع السيارة للدخول الى الفندق بعد ذلك سوف نزور الفندق مره اخرى في وقت لايكون فيه ازدحام مركبات لان المنطقة المحيطة ضيقة جداً

فندق جميل ونظيف، لكن بدون إطلالات مميزة، يقع الفندق داخل حي سكني، ويتكون من برجين يتخللهما شارع باتجاه واحد، يتوفر به مواقف بالـ ba*****t. المطعم يقع في اللوبي ويحتوي الإفطار بوفيه مفتوح، وباقي الوجبات بالمنيو، بعض الايام مثل عشاء الأربعاء يكون بوفيه بحري.

المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق كانت ضيقة ضيقة جداً وحركة مرور السيارات صعبة لا أنصح بالقدوم في وقت الظهيرة وعندما كنت هناك واجهت صعوبة وايضاً ذلك كان في وقت المساء الفندق ٥ نجوم ومن الافضل ان يكون في منطقة واسعة وحرة لكي يتم التنقل بشكل جيد عليهم ايجاد حل لذلك المشكلة

We visited Antika Restaurant Al Khobar and would request one and all to avoid the place for iftar, even if it is the last place availabe! Leftover and cold serving those too limited. Disinterested staff as if on protest except for Amr Supervisor. The management must consider shutting this place down. Also saw a guest taking his money back. Please avoid

The key to open the door upon check in failed to open the door twice - all this after a tiring trip. On the third attempt they changed the room to a lower floor where the room had the hot and cold faucets reversed in the shower and the sink clogged and backed up no matter how little water you flowed while brushing your teeth. No apologies from the hotel staff or the manager who upon being contacted said “Sorry”. A sad state of affairs for a well located and previously well managed hotel.
