拉斯艾庫瑪爾別墅飯店(Las Villas Akumal)

Loved our stay here, so peaceful and serene! A pleasant surprise to have free kayak access right out our doorstep! The rooms and resort were beautiful and so clean. It felt secluded, yet walking distance by beach to several deliciously eateries. Not many amenities/ activities on site- but a perfect place to relax in peace

Las habitaciones espectaculares y limpias. Muy amplios y cómodas. La atención de Claudia y Lizbeth (tanto vía mail como personalmente) para destacar. Kayaks disponibles para los huéspedes. La ubicación es bastante incómoda, porque no es tan cerca del centro ni de ningún supermercado, estás como "aislado". Es conveniente tener auto o contratar taxi para moverse. Aspectos negativos: no limpian el sargazo a diario. Los platos de fruta que entregan en el hotel paupérrimos para el precio que tienen.

Todo excelente es un hotel muy bonito y muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento y el servicio se concierge fue excelente

Très beaux logements, spacieux, bien entretenus, accueil très prévenant. Loin de la foule, c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions ! Attention : pas de service de restauration après 17h. Nous étions 6 : 4 entre 16 et 30 ans et les parents, tout le monde a adoré. A quelques mn de Akumal centre.

La villa muy limpia y cómoda, el personal muy amable (todos desde el primer contacto). El cielo por la noche es hermoso, se ven increíbles las estrellas. El poder ver tortugas que llegan a desovar es una experiencia única. Es muy lindo que sean cuidadosos con el medio ambiente y que mantengan las condiciones para que las tortugas tengan sus nidos seguros en su playa. Agradecida por el silencio y por la tranquilidad que regala este lugar. Gracias!!!

The 3 bd villa was superb, great AC, WiFi, balcony, facilities, the works. Staff was very attentive and insanely quick in solving any issues. Parking right in front and easy to find the villas. Restaurant up stairs is actually quite tasty albeit lacking atmosphere (super simple). It was super windy the whole time (in the entire area) so we couldn’t enjoy the beach and the sea was filled with floating weeds. Generally speaking I think the riviera has better beaches, but the Amumal Playa is just 15 min walk. We used the time for going to cenotes, Tulum and Coba and the villas is an amazing center to do it from…

This is such a gorgeous and relaxing spot to enjoy Akumal. The property is immaculate and the staff goes out of their way to see that expectations are met. We noticed how the kitchens here were well suited for actual cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Many thanks!

This is one of the more reasonably priced places to stay near Akumal. I found the entire area itself to be quite expensive for Mexico. We stayed in one of the less expensive rooms which I called The Bargain Basement. I was half underground with no view, however, exit the room and we were 20 feet from the pool and 40 feet from the beach. It did have a full kitchenette with a gas cooktop and rather noisy refrigerator. The staff are very nice and friendly. There is a restaurant upstairs that is open for breakfast and lunch. Their Cappuccino was excellent. Only one other restaurant within easy walking distance that is only open till 7:30 PM.

This is shown as a three-star hotel but in my opinion it is much closer to a two-star. The refrigerator in my unit did not work and was not repaired. while I was here.The toilet broke and there was no one who could attend to it until the next day. There is a pool, but it is small and dominated by the front units. The front desk was polite but not very helpful. The restaurant is not good. A coffee maker is provided but no coffee and finding coffee in Akumal is a challenge (the 7-Eleven seem to be the best bet). Akumal Playa in general is very beautiful, but this property is located on a less desirable piece of it and the swimming is not so great in front of the property. I would not recommend this property to a friend.
