We went for a Bills game and stayed one night. We have stayed here before and for convenience, it's 3 miles from the stadium. Even with traffic, it's easy peasy to get there. The rooms are very large and has all you'd want. You get what you pay for. And it's convenient to a plaza 1 mile away, and an adequate bar/restaurant next door.

Very economical. Clean. Easy check in. Location access to everywhere easily. My only complaint is the heat/air. It’s older and very loud. I’d love to see improvements there and some more lighting outside. I was traveling alone and was not 100 % comfortable coming in and out after dark.

The room was basically good. Extra towels, plenty of toilet paper, and everything had been wiped off. We had no complaints until I was crawling in bed and found that my feet were BLACK! It looked as though the floor had not been moped in months!! That was the only downfall from the stay.

Just a place to spend the night. Snow was sliding off the roof so had to park away from our room so car would not get damaged as others had. Sand on the floor of room.

Good location for a Bills game. The rooms were small, bed wasn’t very comfortable and if you book early, then the price is not bad for the size. (If you are paying over $150 a night, you are getting robbed).

I reserved a queen bed and I got a double just because I checked in early and I found hair in the bathtub that wasn't mine and there was dust on the tables

There was a driving ban so I had to cancel my reservation and they wouldn't give me a refund

Rooms were not properly kept. Shower curtain was dirty and bath not cleaned. Heat system was as noisy as a truck

It is a bit far away from front desk to the room. when the weather is good it's ok but it's rainy day, walking is not a good choice.

The room was what we expected just wanted it to be clean. Looked like blood spots on the wall dried- threshold to the bathroom was loose, holes in the wall. just needed some deep cleaning. Staff was really nice!

Found bed bugs in bed. Had to switch rooms. Floors were dirty

Easy access to NYS Thruway and major local roads. Many shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Electronic latch on my room door did not work. Reported to staff on check-out. Bed was comfortable, TV and fridge worked great.

We will definitely go back again however, I feel the bathroom shower could’ve been a little cleaner and the floors could’ve used a swiffer. It wasn’t by any means filthy, but just going forward you might want to pay a little more attention to that.

Overall it was perfect for what I needed. I selected noisy because I could feel and hear people coming down the stairs outside my door. There were some people screeching their car tires in the packing lot of the restaurant next door as well. That being said, these events didn’t happen late at night and did not interrupt my sleep. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
