Dear Golden city Semarang. I hate to rate your hotel only one. but I hope my concern will bring your hotel better service. I book 3 rooms and check in 7 pm lastnight. after from long trip I was expect rooms are ready 100%. amenities at bathroom no complete.two socket next to bed did not work.and one of room AC did not work. why your team did not check before we check in. if rooms are OK or not. then 4 am in the morning electricity was down. till a hour we tried to call lobby. nobody was pick up. we were at 9th floor and outside other building electricity was okay. so what was happen. nobody there that we can ask what was going on. I had to call local police station to check. and then electrical was on again. hope next time. hotel management take attention on this un expected happen. at least have someone standbye on the telp to receive our call. thank you

Отличный отель, обслуживание очень хорошее, приехали ночью ,заселили за 5 мин, номера чистые, уборка каждый день, еда на отлично очень вкусная и разная, на любой вкус , на море ходит каждый час автобус, в город также ходит рейсовый автобус , на пляже так же хорошо, много лежаков, занимать не приходится, свой небольшой аквапарк,отель для семьи!
