Helpful friendly staff, modern clean rooms , good outdoor parking with unlimited height restrictions which is great when driving a tall vehicle . Most motels with underground parking don’t have enough clearance for a tall 4wD .

Needed to be in close proximity to MUHospital. This was certainly the case and parking provided at a charge but told car could stay in carpark until patient was ready to leave. Staff fantastic. Rooms are average, but at the end of the day, its a place to put you head down at night to sleep. Overall comfortable.

Good service and room overall. Should have some biscuits as we arrived a bit late due to flights, or a vending machine. Very well placed to Macquarie Park businesses, the University and Plaza. Also, across the road to the University Hospital.

Service provided by staff was excellent, rooms clean and a good size, beds comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. It was a 10 out of 10 for us. Very close to the hospital for those needing to stay close, walking distance about 2 blocks.

check on your guests comfort within half and hour to an hour after check in. my sleep experience was a nightmare I was sick from not sleeping the entire night. I was throwing up in the morning. However it was a very cold night and the heat -aircon system didn't work, we were given a small portable heater that provided some comfort but was not great. we were in room 314, but the guest in 315 were loud and were talking loudly all night, we barley slept because of the noise from the next room, we had the stress of the surgery next morning and that was the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel. We have stayed with Travelodge in varies towns and cities throughout the world but this stay was a nightmare. due to this issue I think we are entitled to a discounted stay and looking forward to some money returned to our account. Apart from that the accommodation was clean and bed comfortable, staff excellent.
