【2025年最新】Splendid Hotel Annecy評價・真實住客意見、住宿評價及評分

This was the 2nd time we stayed at hotel splendid and we will be back!!!! Excellence on every level!!! The staff, the room, the location... my husband is very picky and he loves this hotel too!

As noted by others, this hotel has a prime location in Annecy. We had a room facing the lake, overlooking the street below, the canal, and the park. In the distance were the mountains. We walked everywhere in town--to restaurants around the corner (highly recommend l'Etage) and to Old Annecy. Old town has so many restaurants and shops, we went back several times. Desk staff were pleasant; didn't have a lot of contact with them. Overall a great place to stay, I would stay again.

This is a pleasant hotel that is well located for the Lake the Old Town and transport links. Coffee at breakfast (as in most hotels) is not good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Due to the vast choice of places to eat locally there is no restaurant in the hotel and it lacks atmosphere.

We stayed here mid-July. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the mainline station and the bus station. This makes it great for us as we like to travel by train and use local transport. The Hotel has a view of the Lake and is very close to the old town. The room was good but a little on the dark side. Bed was fine. It was large, had a separate bathroom/toilet. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was buffet and ok but not as good as other hotels. All the staff from the reception staff to the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this hotel for a holiday in Annecy.

The hotel is very well located, close to everything. We stayed there for 2 nights, the first night was on the first floor and extremely tiny (I believe it was room 109, I attached a couple of pictures). The next day they moved us up to a better room and a wider one, we were pleased!
