The rooms are outdated and dirty. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom and didn’t cool properly — especially frustrating since our kids had to sleep in the living room with no AC at all. The unit also wasn’t cleaned properly, which made the kids sick. The sofa was stained, the tiny kitchen was dusty, and the bathroom was full of mold. The shower cabin was so small you could barely move. When we asked for cleaning a few days later, they only offered it for an extra €50. The pool was dirty, and the staff was unfriendly and completely lacking in hospitality. We ended up leaving early. Definitely not recommended.

Wonderful experience. I was looking for a place to relax and found it here. Everything was amazing: the restaurant, the rooms, the spa... I'm glad I was able to experience it all! I highly recommend this place to all of those who want to experience a few days of relaxation at a great price!!

Beaufully nestled in lush countryside, the hotel is a sight to behold! Roomy family room was more like a villa and the swimming pool just has to be seen! The hotel staff were really friendly, to our every need! We sampled the bar area and my gosh was hooked on the coffee ice cream! Many thanks to the kitchen staff for wonderful food even for the fuss eaters! Special mention to the wonderful manageress who went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you all x

Un weekend spettacolare, un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff! Io e le mie amiche abbiamo deciso di passare un weekend in questa struttura, ovviamente ci aspettavamo di stare bene, ma così tanto sembrava utopico!!  Dall'accoglienza iniziale di Monica alla reception (sempre sorridente e disponibile a esaudire ogni richiesta, dove possibile), al nostro cameriere preferito Anas che ci ha servite con simpatia e professionalità, alla stupenda e unica Katia che alla Spa ci ha regalato delle emozioni uniche e spettacolari, rendendo il nostro weekend U N I C O. Ci ha preparato un'esperienza serale riservandoci l'intera spa, oltre a prepararci il bagno nel vino e l'aperitivo con spumante e frutta super fresca e succosa! Ci ha fatte sentire sempre super coccolate! Ho avuto la fortuna, per il massaggio che ho scelto di fare, di essere massaggiata sia da Katia che da Svetlana.. che dire se non che hanno veramente della mani fatate? Lo chef ci ha accontentate in tutto, anche (e soprattutto) nella realizzazione di una torta particolare per festeggiare il nostro weekend!! Mai passato un weekend migliore! Sicuramente torneremo!

Reception, ristorante, spa, pulizie : tutto perfetto. Staff Super disponibile ed efficiente. Abbiamo passato 2 giorni di totale relax tra coccole e trattamenti. La sera abbiamo fatto il percorso benessere serale ( piscina con idromassaggio, sauna, hammam, bagno turco, stanza del the e vasca del vino) con bollicina e frutta fresca e deliziosi cioccolatini. Tutto meravigliosamente preparato da Katia. Il giorno dopo le mie amiche hanno scelto; una il trattamento Scrub e l’altra il trattamento Fango, mentre io ho scelto il massaggio Hot Stone; meravigliosamente eseguito da Svetlana. Lo definirei Paradisiaco! Siamo andate due sere al ristorante dell hotel, il cameriere Anas davvero molto bravo . Grazie a tutto lo staff del San Martino Country Resort ❤️ Torneremo presto !
