The rooms are outdated and dirty. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom and didn’t cool properly — especially frustrating since our kids had to sleep in the living room with no AC at all. The unit also wasn’t cleaned properly, which made the kids sick. The sofa was stained, the tiny kitchen was dusty, and the bathroom was full of mold. The shower cabin was so small you could barely move. When we asked for cleaning a few days later, they only offered it for an extra €50. The pool was dirty, and the staff was unfriendly and completely lacking in hospitality. We ended up leaving early. Definitely not recommended.

Wonderful experience. I was looking for a place to relax and found it here. Everything was amazing: the restaurant, the rooms, the spa... I'm glad I was able to experience it all! I highly recommend this place to all of those who want to experience a few days of relaxation at a great price!!

Beaufully nestled in lush countryside, the hotel is a sight to behold! Roomy family room was more like a villa and the swimming pool just has to be seen! The hotel staff were really friendly, to our every need! We sampled the bar area and my gosh was hooked on the coffee ice cream! Many thanks to the kitchen staff for wonderful food even for the fuss eaters! Special mention to the wonderful manageress who went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you all x

Sono stata in questo resort con la mia bimba di 12 anni. Location immersa nel verde, bellissima piscina, camere ampie e pulite, prima colazione ricchissima e ottima pizza cotta nel forno a legna e staff super disponibile. Il resort ha anche una bellissima spa , noi abbiamo provato il massaggio rilassante e la massaggiatrice è davvero brava.

Ambiente molto elegante, pulito e silenzioso, adatto a chi vuol trovare un pò di relax. Camera piccola ma bella con una grande finestra che essendo rivolta verso il boschetto, ci ha permesso di tenerla aperta tutta la notte e di dormire molto bene entrando un'aria molto fresca. Condizionatore un pò rumoroso. Colazione buonissima, dal dolce al salato, molta varietà. Piscina molto bella. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema allo scarico della doccia, risolto in maniera celere. Unica cosa a cui prestare più attenzione sono stati i bambini/e , figli di alcune signore che lavorano nella strutturata che hanno fatto molta confusione nella piscina. Si rincorrevano a bordo piscina, urlavano e fra tuffi e schiamazzi , se uno voleva riposare o stare tranquillamente in acqua non è stato possibile. Una volta arrivate le rispettive madri, la confusione è continuata tranquillamente, senza alcun rispetto per i clienti , anzi le madri hanno contribuito allo confusione. Presterei più attenzione perché ci sono clienti che hanno pagato per poter godere un pò di relax. Questo è avvenuto solo il sabato pomeriggio. Per il resto, tutto stupendo, ottimo . Lo consiglio.
