A lovely place to stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and easy to talk to. A lot of small details made it really welcoming. The room and bathroom were lovely and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Our stay far exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here with our 2 year old daughter. We stayed in the 2 bedroom self catering apartment which worked perfectly for us. The apartment is spacious and immaculate. There's a kitchen which had everything we needed including things like oil, salt and pepper. Dale and Annie even ground some coffee for us to use in the cafetiere which was a luxury! The bed was really comfortable and there were extra blankets. The bathroom had everything we needed with added extras like shampoo and conditioner as well as a washing machine. Dale and Annie were welcoming and gave us some great tips of things to do in and around Rotorua. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

My wife and I recently spent two nights here and the place is nice and the residents were very nice and friendly, even helpful but it is not a B and B. There is no breakfast, you are on your own for meals. There is a kitchen but nothing is provided. The location is good a nice modern, residential area with good roads and close to the attractions. I would still recommend it but just don’t go expecting breakfast. It is quiet and comfortable with lots of room. You park in the driveway. The cost is not that high either.

Lovely luxurious room with balcony overlooking the town in a family home. Easy drive to sights and into town for dinner. Great breakfast- cereal, fruit & yoghurt plus hot choices cooked to order. Dale makes a great morning coffee!

Loved our 2 night stay with Annie and Dale. Loved the coffee, breakfast, the spacious room and hot powerful showers. Would have loved to stay longer but shall definitely return! Thanks very much Annie, Dale and Mau!
