Stayed here for one night. I learned that it is owned by the same owners as the Butler Inn which was terrible. This hotel is okay. Very basic, needs new carpet on 1st floor and the room was not the cleanest. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning product smells are strong.

The hotel is literally under construction. It’s only 20 degrees outside and they don’t keep the heat on in the rooms. We arrived and the room has no baseboards and no heat on. We turned on the heat but it’s freezing and when I asked at the desk they told me this is normal. I also had to walk back to the desk bc the phone doesn’t work in the room and I was told “none of the phones work.” Not offered a room with heat already on bc apparently they have none. I would never stay here again, terrible service and poorly run / saving money by keeping heat off in December?

The room was very nice! The check in was very easy and all the staff were super nice. We came to Ohio from Oklahoma to move our son back home. It was a nice place to stay. We definitely recommend. There was renovations going on so the pool was not available but we just needed a place to place so we was okay with it.

Beware! Though they are making renovations throughout the hotel…the room we were given was nasty. Floor wasn’t swept. Stuff all down walls and beds. Bath tub was nasty. No refund. Then they told me they had another room but with no heat-not in 30 deg weather. No thanks! Made a dispute and found a state lodge near by.

Amazing service, great place to stay when in town! Check in was very easy with our room already being available, clean room comfortable bed and a perfect stay overall. If I was to come back to Miami this is where I would stay again!
