There were somany names I associated with this place yet it's been that long but I remembered about the fact I said to a reception I shall put a review now I shall have kept my word. Comfy, neat, perf

Bookings cancelled, reservations cancelled, Christmas events cancelled. No thought for locals who were members for years. They sold out for money. Closed without notice. Avoid use Premier Inn in Witney.

The rooms are dated/poor climate control (old heater) /food is inedible/service is poor/ no plug points/no late check out available. The breakfast was ok but the waiter was rude. It’s not worth the money

Have just spent one night here for 48th wedding anniversary. Every single member of staff were friendly, polite,attentive and helpful. We had an accessible room and it was spotlessly clean.We had a dinner,bed and breakfast and the food was all hot and delicious. Would most definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. One little thing,that is not a complaint is we had to go outside to get to our room has my husband uses a mobility scooter, an umbrella might be useful if it rained 😊

The hotel has lots of potential but needs serious investment in the decor. We had a Superior room with a substandard bathroom and decor. Tiles were cracked, dirty and missing, poor repairs, shabby fittings, torn carpets and walls covered in dirty marks. However good food, a clean comfortable bed and a handy location go in its favour. Sadly the Travelodge across the road is in much better condition and will probably get our business from now on.
