There were somany names I associated with this place yet it's been that long but I remembered about the fact I said to a reception I shall put a review now I shall have kept my word. Comfy, neat, perf

Bookings cancelled, reservations cancelled, Christmas events cancelled. No thought for locals who were members for years. They sold out for money. Closed without notice. Avoid use Premier Inn in Witney.

The rooms are dated/poor climate control (old heater) /food is inedible/service is poor/ no plug points/no late check out available. The breakfast was ok but the waiter was rude. It’s not worth the money

I could not fault the hotel in any way from the warm welcome at reception to the bar and restaurant staff who were the friendliness I have seen for a long while. We stayed in the rooms in the new part of the hotel which were spacious clean with great facilities. Even had a Kit Kat bar in the room as a free snack! Do not be put off by the negative reviews as this is the problem with Trip Advisor with grumpy reviews that do no reflect reality.

Birthday Trip ruined! Reception staff very unfriendly, hotel needs refurbishing, very loud music heard from wedding party. Although I had part paid via *********** the hotel were rude and unprofessional in there attitude towards our party and said that they had not had payment. They did not support us as we tried to investigate the matter and made to wait in reception for 2 hours! Very poor service and unhelpful.
