I found the staff not as friendly as they claim to be on the website. Upon arrival there the TV wasn't working. No wifi. Called for help was given wrong password. Front desk said everything in email, which couldn't be accessed without wifi. The pool wasn't cleaned for 2 days .. full of leaves. If there's more than 2 people staying,be prepared to bring your own supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, hand towels. I mean it says pandamus resort, however it's not a resort because other than a minimal supply of everyday items you have to bring your own or pay for them. I'm traveling from abroad and feel every day items ie toilet paper, dish soap hand soap should be supplied when needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Their local tips on where to eat and explore were invaluable. We had a fabulous time and were close to everything .The pool and grounds are beautiful. Even walking distance to the pub. The only thing was no full length mirror or air conditioning (just fans). But a beautiful ocean view and undercover parking.

We had an enjoyable three night stay at Pandanus Palms. Although we were initially allocated to an incorrect room (that had clearly not yet been cleaned), this was quickly corrected by the on-site managers and all was good. The upstairs/downstairs layout was roomy enough, and the kitchen facilities and living/dining area worked well. Bed was comfy, shower was fine (we were aware it was just a single bathroom for the 2 bedroom apartment). You could get a distant view of the water from the upstairs verandah - only accessible from the main bedroom - so while this was nice, there are probably better options if a great water view is a priority for you. We didn't make use of the pool but did enjoy the tennis court. While not within (easy) walking distance of the main attractions / shops / cafes of Point Lookout, it was only ever a short drive to get to where you wanted - we particularly enjoyed the gorge walk and kicking back with a coffee / drink enjoying the view and passing activity overlooking the ocean on the main ***** at Point Lookout.

Excellent service and very flexible. I requested an early check-in, and it was no problem—they made all the necessary arrangements. Pickleball was a hit, and the view and serenity were magnificent. I absolutely recommend the staff for their exceptional service and flexibility. Room 34 had everything we needed, but it does require a dusting on the skirting boards, the top of the fridge, and the blinds. A thicker doona would have been appreciated, as it was cold on the first night. If you are visiting, please do not feed the wildlife—they can become aggressive. A tame kookaburra even snatched food off our plate.
