Pros: beautiful grounds, well kept as advertised. The rooms were clean (to an extent, see below) and the pool was VERY nice. Great exercise room as well. Cons: I found the front desk staff very lazy and difficult to work with. 1) When asked to book an excursion for us we were told by the worker that she had called and the excursion didn’t have availability. When I called on my own there was availability, suggesting the front desk actually didn’t call. 2) The water went out throughout the complex one night (which happens). Rather than being helpful the front desk just told residents to wait as it will be back on “in 5 minutes” when in actuality they knew it wouldn’t be on for hours as they needed to call a maintenance man. Overall: not bad, but remember the level of staff help will not meet European or American standards.

Magnifique condo. Nous avions un très bel appartement, le 409, vue mer et belle terrasse. Comme il fait le coin il n’y avait pas de voisin attenant à la chambre ce qui est loin d’être négligeable. La piscine est très belle et la salle de sport vraiment magnifique. L’appartement est très bien équipé. On est à 10’ à pieds de la plage et du centre. Si on ne veut pas marcher il y a la navette du Condo pour la plage mais pas souvent oj sinon les tuktuk pas chers. On peut aussi louer un scooter.
