Unfortunately and regretfully spent a night in this disastrous stinky so-called hotel. The first room I got was stinky as hel. After complaining, I was offered another room. Once there, I felt that the room temperature was extremely high, so I turned on the air-conditioning, following the instructions that wete written on a paper hanging on the wall next to it. After approximately 30 minutes passed by, the room became rather hotter than cooler! So i called the receptionist, and he asked me to come down so he could show me how to use the air-conditioning. After that I went upstairs and did everything he told me to, but nevertheless after waiting for another 30 minutes, nothing changed. So I again called the receptionist, and he told me that he was busy and he will contact me later. So I went on and waited for an hour for him to call me, but he didn't show up. So I called him, and told him that I was fed up with the situation, and he then came upstairs to check things out. After he tried to get the air-conditioning to work but failed to do so, he told me that he will go on the roof and check the other unit to see what could be wrong. I waited and waited, but I didn't hear anything from him for the rest of the evening. So I had to spend the night in an extremely hot room. Never ever again I'm going to book a room there, and I will recommend everyone to do the same!

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The carpets are disgustingly stained, the wall are dirty and damaged to the point I never let my bare feet touch it, it smells, there were stains in the bathtub, the hairdryer in my first room was literally rusted out and didn't work, and when I asked for an iron which it specifically said on their website they could provide they went on a big hunt, but "couldn't find one". The heating didn't work properly so it was freezing and the blankets weren't big enough to cover me properly (I was in a room with two single beds after I asled for a room with a working hairdryer and thereforehad 2 tiny thin duvets) I kept waking up as I was so cold. The only positive thing I can say is the bedding was clean, and the beds were not uncomfortable. Absolutely horrendous I will absolutely never stay there again!

You cannot rate a hotel as bad as this one. It gets a ZERO score, but to post a review, you have to give it at least a 1, which it does not deserve. Booked 2 rooms for a night. Lobby is ok, rooms on floor 1, and hallway stunk and carpet badly stained. Rooms were filthy! Carpet had food particles all over it; can't imagine why housekeeping would not have vacuumed it. Stains in carpet looked disgusting. Both rooms so dirty we left and moved to another hotel. Could not imagine sleeping or even taking our shoes off in someone else's dirt. I've traveled for decades and never came across a hotel that I could not sleep in, until now.

Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Slecht onderhouden hotel en kamers. Bij aankomst troffen wij een kamer aan met nog verse bloedvlekken in het tapijt, probleem aangegeven bij receptie kregen we een upgrade naar een deluxe kamer. Deze was redelijk maar ook vlekken in tapijt en lauw water in bad/douche! Het scheen dat je dit kon regelen via een kastje aan de buitenzijde van de badkamer maar tevergeefs, het water bleef lauw. Geen drinken in minibar aanwezig, geen slippers, geen badjas? Wat allemaal wel op de site vermeld stond. De locatie is prima maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd! Wij komen hier nooit meer.

Aankomst ziet er prima uit, mooie lobby. Eenmaal boven zien de gangen er al smerig uit. Ik wil niet eens beginnen over onze kamer.. te vies voor worden. Allemaal vieze vlekken in de vloerbedekking.. wil niet eens weten wat het is! Gaten in de muur en rare vlekken. In de badkamer lagen haren van de vorige mensen en t was gauw schoongemaakt. Overal zaten kalkvlekken op. De nachtkastjes waren heel vies. Hebben niets aangeraakt en de schoenen aan gehouden omdat de vloerbedekking zo onhygiënisch was. Wie bedenkt er ook om dat in een hotel neer te leggen?! Gisteravond uiteten geweest in Antwerpen en eenmaal in het hotel hoorde we op de gang veel lawaai en kwam een walm van wiet ons tegemoet. Dit was ook in onze kamer nog te roken, daarbij ook erg gehorig. Buren die tot diep in de nacht aan het praten? waren. Een vreselijke nacht/verblijf gehad! We hebben geslapen en zijn gauw weer naar huis gegaan!! Ontbijt was daarbij minimaal.. er was geen plek om onze auto te parkeren, alleen in de parkeergarage. Hier moest je 25€ voor betalen.
