We've never been in this hotel. We will never go there. We reserved 4 single rooms one year ago for an important exhibition that will take place on May 2022 and we only received an e-mail one week ago in which the hotel wasn't able to keep the reservation. Nothing else. We were upset, we really couldn't believe it. It's the first time it happpens in many years. We asked for the reason of this sudden cancellation. The answer was unbeliveble: overbooking! Overbooking one year after our reservation was confirmed by the hotel itself. We wrote an email to the hotel refusing to accept this arbitrary cancellation due to an unacceptable reason. No answer. The hotel is not closed or burnt. The hotel only wants to earn more money: the rooms they sell one month before the exhibition are much more expensive than those ones we reserved one year ago. I think they have to change a lot in ther hotel organization. Maybe they have only to change work or maybe they are simply cheaters.
