Stayed here 2 nights.Rooms are clean but rather dim due to small windows and poor lighting. They have a safe and fridge ,TV , and free Wi-Fi also a kettle with only 2 sachets of tea provided and a couple of paper cups so drink your tea quickly before cup collapses! No glasses provided either but there is a litre bottle of water. Room was hot but no control in room for the a/ c unit so phoned reception and one was brought up ( no idea why it wasn’t in the room) Bathroom average as it had a bath with a shower above it .sachets of hair conditioner provided but no shampoo! Breakfast buffet has fair choice. Evening buffet again fair choice of meat / chicken / fish but food was cold, as were the plates to put the food on . Have stayed in much better 4 star hotels.

The rooms are very small and not clean. The paint is peeling off the walls and the bathroom is very small. In the bathroom we found the curtains dirty. This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star, It would be more appropriate to call it a 2/3 star at most..

It is a terrible experience. The staff lacks hospitality. Half the things mentioned on the website are not available. There is no coffee in the room, the air conditioning is a split AC which makes a lot of noise. We ordered a bottle of water at 9.45 pm which was delivered next morning after repeated reminders. They had no knowledge about what is an iron!!!! Overall a sad experience

The room was big enough, clean and nice, they give away 2 bottles of water when you check in. Small TV and bathroom but was ok. The facilities were very good: Outdoor swimming pool was amazing. the indoor was convenient too, we tried and it was good to have one too. Regarding the food, was a bit average, dinner and breakfast was included and was ok, food was included but not beverages which was fine but we don't understand why they forced you to pay while having dinner instead of waiting until you finish, it felt rude all the time.

Totally disappointed Strenghts Good food quality, with the exception of the coffee that is inedible Quiet Beds rather comfy Drawbacks The personnel at the reception on Sunday 13 August, who could barely mumble a few words of English, should be fired on the spot. Incompetent and useless! Had to go down 5 times to get two extra pillows and two extra towels as bathrobes are not available at this 5-star hotel. Eventually I had to camp in front of the reception desk to get what I had asked for. This is the first time it happened to me. Really shameful and unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of the category. The bathroom is dated back 1975. Please see pictures. Toiletries are totally inadequate The shower works poorly The AC is unfit for the size of the room and does not work unless you leave a card on. At night we walked down to the Mustafa Resort, which is a real 5-star hotel. The pool is a major disappointment as is the fitness room, which is dirty and obsolete TUI Spain, which is organising the tour, is the real culprit. Hotels of this kind should not be included.
