Lovely sea view room. Clean and comfy. Really good nights sleep. Pleased to have a bath. Basic but functional and comfortable and clean. Very close to beach and Hastings town centre. Welcoming host. Parking (street meter) directly outside. Would be happy to stay again.

The communication from the hotel was very good. I thought I might need to cancel because the hotel doesn't have a lift but the hotel said we could have a ground floor room. We had a lovely welcome and showed our room which was very bright and clean. The beds were comfortable, there was tea and coffee, a fridge, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom was very nice, would have been nice to have a shower. Location was good and parking was easy in the underground carpark. We woll book again if we come back to Hastings.

The lady who runs the hotel was very lovely she gave us her last room without having a booking . It was a pleasure to stay at her hotel very clean & tidy and equipped with just what we needed for our stay . Would highly recommend this hotel and would defo stay there again .
