Awesome service ! Hospitality is top notch… We visited here for celebrating birthday.. although I have lots of thing in my mind while booking this resort… but when I stay there for 2 nights… So I started feeling that I should have stayed for 2 more days because one needs a full day just to enjoy the full area of this resort… I really Thankful to the entire team of the Pelangi beach resort.. and specially to the Mr. Arshad.. He Manages the entire birthday event.. and that was really awesome.. we really enjoyed the sunset beach dinner… the whole service was extraordinary and we are planning to visit again in the next season.

My Honest Review of Hotel Pelangi – Second Stay & Still Impressive! This is my second time staying at Hotel Pelangi, and this trip was extra special because it was my husband’s birthday trip. From the start, their service was top-notch. I requested a slice of cake and I actually intended to pay for it, but they surprised us by giving it complimentary. It was such a sweet gesture and really made us feel appreciated. Thank you so much! On our second day, we had a small issue with the guest staying in the room below us. They suddenly shouted at us, telling us to stop talking (not talk softer, but stop completely!) just because they were reading. My husband and I were only chatting normally. In my mind I was thinking, “If you want absolute silence, why not stay in the forest? Hahaha.” Anyway, I reported the incident to the reception, and the staff were extremely professional. They immediately offered to change our room and even gave us a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM, which was perfect since our flight was at 5:20 PM. I was really happy with the solution, even though I had to pack and unpack again. A special thank you to Reception staff Syafiqah for her excellent service and kind assistance. Overall, despite the small inconvenience, the way the hotel handled the situation was impressive. This is exactly why I came back for a second stay. Highly recommended! 💛✨

Отель очень шикарный, чисто и на территории, и на пляже , и с номере! Номер большой, с огромной террасой. Нам предоставили номер с видом на море, хотя бронировали вид на сад! Кровати огромные и удобные ! Очень удобно было ходить на/с пляжа! На пляже убирают прибрежную зону каждый день , удобные лежаки. Берег пологий, я считаю с детьми очень удобно купаться! Море было чистое и прозрачное. Рай на земле! Кому далеко могут возить на мини машинках. Бассейн стоит отдельных звезд! Большой красивый чистый и теплый! Завтраки очень вкусные! Каждый найдет что покушать и даже более, голодными точно не уходили! Очень вежливые сотрудники на рецепции. Спасибо большое за великолепный отдых! Обязательно вернемся в Ваш отель!
