I expect that you'll have a 5 star experience.The space***Brand new hot water heater!!***The whole unit is yours to use. This light filled spacious STUDIO has a queen sized bed and a futon bed along with a newly soundproofed wall. It’s like you don’t have a neighbor at all!! You have a full size kitchen, an office area, and one full bathroom. The kitchen table and office desk both fold away out of the way. Private fenced backyard and parking on the left side of the driveway or on the street. You also have a backdoor and can park in the back as well. Brand new split level AC unit installed with a remote! The house does have multiple units, but your living space is private and unshared.There are tons of yummy restaurants in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This property is located on a quiet tree lined cul de sac in central San Antonio. There is a moderate sized semicircular driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with room on the street for parking as well.The property is 5 minutes away from the airport, but due to city ordinances, there is minimal noise from aircraft. The property is located near the 410 Loop, Highway 281, and I-35 making it simple to get anywhere in San Antonio.The house has been newly renovated, and upon entry you'll find a brightly lit foyer with a credenza for your keys. To the right is the the guest bedroom which has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. The second guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. These two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a hair dryer available. The master bedroom is very large with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a large sitting area, with another credenza and two chairs for lounging in before going to sleep on the king size bed. There is another dresser and a large closet for clothes for extended stays.If one turns left from the entryway foyer, there is a brightly lit living area. There is a dinner table large enough to accommodate 8 people near a large from window that allows outdoor light to shine through the house. There is a dedicated work area in the living room with a desk, chair, and Starlink high speed internet. There's almost no lag on the internet, which will allow for Zoom meetings, incredibly fast downloads, and wifi throughout the house. The living room has two plush couches and a new smart TV. Just log in to your streaming credentials and feel free to binge on Netflix!The kitchen has been newly updated and is fully stocked. Pots, pans, knives, dishes, cups--we have it. The chef in the group will feel comfortable using the gas range (the bottom right burner is our favorite). The refrigerator has room for food for the whole family. The island and counterspace is large with plenty of room for cooking. We also have a wine refrigerator underneath the counter. The property also has an indoor LG washer and dryer for large laundry loads. The garage has a treadmill, a weight bench, a punching bag, a jump rope, and an assortment of kettlebells for the fitness minded guests. Outside, there is an expansive fenced yard for your enjoyment. We have Big Green Egg for the BBQ aficionados. This charming and comfortable casita with a private entrance and code, and dedicated off street parking, for guests has everything needed for a home away from home or working remotely. With premium, comfortable beds and luxury linens, large flat screen smart TVs, and premium cable channels, you are all set for working or for a comfy nest to relax. Included in the well-appointed kitchen are a Ninja Foodi and Keurig - along with everything needed for preparing meals, but if you don’t want to cook, the property is within pleasant walking distance or a short ride to many excellent dining and take out options. The casita is 15 minutes from the San Antonio airport or the Riverwalk. Situated in Alamo Heights, a lovely, quiet neighborhood in the heart of San Antonio, the property is walking distance from the McNay Art Institute and 5-10 minutes away from the Witte Museum, San Antonio Museum of Art, the Pearl Complex and Fort Sam Houston. The casita offers guests complete privacy - both inside and with a furnished shaded patio and backyard for guest use - but the owner is onsite and available to provide prompt response to any guest needs. The home offers three comfortable premium bed options: a king size bed in the bedroom; sofa with queen bed pull out; and a cozy day bed in a niche, perfect for reading or relaxing. 酒店的位置很好,滿足我們的需求。停車很好,空間充足。整體酒店內部有點舊,可以使用一些更新。電梯可用但很嚇人。在每層樓停下來,坐了幾秒鐘,然後與另一個硬混蛋鎖定位置。早餐是典型的炒雞蛋,最初可能已經粉了,基本香腸麪包華夫餅穀類等,沒什麼特別的。房間本身很乾淨,雖然陳舊。空調冷卻並溫暖得很好,但很吵,有時很難聽到電視。衛生間的馬桶座椅壞了,幾乎沒有連接到底座上。淋浴把手必須被操縱才能把它帶到熱坐。總的來說,我會給酒店10分6分的整體體驗。

It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

單獨經濟型商務出行還可，這城市不大，酒店卻很多，Downtown 區域可選擇性也多，安全性還可以，如果你不懼怕酒店對麪立交橋下的1-2個流浪漢，他們不會靠近你，就是觀感不佳。酒店衛生狀況屬中等偏低，易過敏體質就別考驗自己了。沒有早餐供應，衹有咖啡，另大堂有微波爐，房內則因連冰箱都沒有所以基本都是外食，外食價格還可以，不貴。RiverWalk、會議中心就在15分鐘走路的路程，如果短待，還是建議住舒服點的酒店。如果親子活動，建議租車，但車可停附近停車場，酒店的停車費貴了
