This was the worst place I have ever been. The elevator shook upon entering, and the rooms were old and the rug emitted an unpleasant odor. Upon checking out, I noticed an additional charge of $147.00 on my card. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with an answering service. After calling again, I was placed on hold once more. Eventually, I drove back to the hotel to speak with them in person. The front office supervisor, Marisol, pointed out the smell of CBD in the room and showed us to it. Upon entering, there was a smoke ventilator that she said had been there all day. When I mentioned that we had just left the room, she was at a loss for words. I informed her that she was lying, just like she was lying about the smell of c**. She then escorted me to the front desk to speak with Alex Valle, who said that she was not disputing the charges and we had to pay the fee.
