Если бы не главный менеджер Темборарли и Джулия, я бы поставила все единицы, но в последние 3 часа моего Дня Рождения, они успели спасти ситуацию. Я прилетела в Бразилию одна праздновать своё сороколетие и выбрала один из самых дорогих отелей-JW Marriot, думая, что это крутой отель. Но нет. Ни сервиса, ни удобств, заплатив огромные деньги, я не получила. Я приехала в 10 часов вечера (то есть весь день уже был потерян, я не жила в номере) мне оставалось жить ночь и 1 следующий день. Мой ДЕНЬ рождения! Я подхожу на рецепшен, рассказываю, что я приехала к вам праздновать моё День Рождение, я член программы Мэрриот и уже за первый месяц года потратила на ваши гостиницы больше 5000$ (показываю рецепшеонисту и объясняю, что у меня вот вот через 2 часа начнётся ДР, наступит день моего рождения), но (!) меня заселяють в номер на третьем этаже, где нельзя открыть шторы (!), потому что мимо постоянно ходят люди к лифту!! Даже среди ночи! Громыхают, шумят. Я расстоенная возвращаюсь на рецепшен и прошу как-то помочь в этой ситуации При этом вижу, что в номере грязно! Даже грязная простынь!! Неприятный мужчина говорит, что ”У вас вот такая категория номера King room. Ничего поделать не могу. Ну могу повыше этаж найти”.. (А сразу слабо было дать? Повыше этаж и номер не на проходе, где даже нельзя открыть шторы, почему я должна бегать и просить!!!??? Я уже попросила раз: обратите внимание, у меня день рождение. День Рождение, в который дарят подарки и делают сюрпризы, поздравляют!!! Но видимо совсем не понятливый человек. (Которому я желаю, чтобы его никто в этом году не поздравил с днём его рождения). Далее он предлагает мне ”если хотите, можете ДОПЛАТИТЬ и переехать в другой номер с другим видом” !!!!! Я говорю: НЕ ХОЧУ и ухожу. (Ещё желаю этому мужчине путешествие на другой континент, земное полушарие, в одиночку, где он за всё, за всё платит сам!) На утро у меня ДР, я ужасно сплю, звукоизоляции никакой, с 6 утра начинаются шумы.... и до самого вечера, до 19 часов я не получаю ни куска торта, ни открытки, ничего. (Хотя далее я переехала в отель Fairmont, в котором на завтраке официанты так душевно пели имениннику песню с Днём Рождения!!! Так что никогда не выбирайте Мэрриот для своего Дня Рождения!!! К вам отнесутся очень плохо!!) Я всегда путешествую на мой ДР, уже больше 20 раз я встречаю его в разных уголках света и разных гостиницах, и первый раз столкнулась, что нужно что-то выпрашивать и напоминать о том что у тебя ДР!!! В самом конце дня рождения, в 19 часов я подхожу на рецепшен и прошу позвать главного менеджера, чтобы высказать всё, что я думаю о JW Marriot. Ну и вот тут Тимберли переселяет меня на 1 ночь в номер на высоком этаже с видом на море. За что я ей очень благодарна. И за что я ставлю высокие баллы в отзыве. А тот мужик, что пожалел сделать апгрейд, чтобы человек проснулся в свой ДР счастливым и чтобы продолжал тратить деньги в сети Marriot Bonvoy, а не проснулся разбитым в 6 утра от того, что в его ванне как будто кто то моется (потому что в том номере на 3 этаже была нереальная слышимость, никакой шумоизоляции!!!!) надеюсь будет уволен!!!

Foi muito positiva a nossa estadia, chegamos ao hotel 1 hora e meia antes do horário de check-in e a recepção fez gentileza de nos instalar de imediato no quarto sem cobrar acréscimo por isso. Quarto exatamente igual as fotos, ficamos hospedados num de frente pra rua, que apesar de ser bem movimentada, nao fomos incomodados com barulho, talvez por ser no sexto andar,alias,nao ouvimos nenhum barulho, o hotel é bem silencioso.O quarto arejado, espaçoso,limpo .Chuveiro otimo .Café da manhã bom,,com frios,frutas,sucos, iogurte,ovos e bolos Observacao: Achei poucas opções de pães e bolos .Ambiente do hotel muito gostoso e familiar,com certeza voltarei.

Com relação ao serviço achei regular; Com relação a limpeza ficou a desejar, pois tinha traça no quarto e no banheiro os vasos não estavam bem limpos; Com relação as instalações achei que atende a necessidade por ser um quarto e banheiro grande, porem são muito antigas a louças, que tem até Bidê e o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho; Com relação a comida servida no café da manhã é boa e atende a necessidade; No geral de 0 a 10 dou nota 6,5 pois atendeu nossa necessidade básica de dormir e tomar banho.

酒店設施會比較陳舊,但整體乾淨整潔。頂樓的游泳池和健身房很好,比較有趣的是10層及以上是按1+x的模式而不是直接有數字。早餐的種類很豐富,味道也不錯。前台的態度都很好,慢慢説的話用英文交流沒什麼問題。另外酒店有合作的旅行團,衹需要提前一天預訂就可以加入,很適合獨自前往裡約但考慮到語言和安全問題不太敢獨自遊玩的旅行者。 酒店附近有兩個警察局,穿過一個路口大概3分鐘的路程有一箇中餐廳。很好。部分酒店房間可以看到救世基督像。附近酒吧很多,晚上儘量不要獨自出行。

老實說,酒店的印象是雙重的。一方面是獨家的酒店,另一方面是如此多的人羣,我沒有感覺到獨家的。游泳池裏不。爲什麼要走到游泳池和美麗的景觀,你需要去找主人(當然,他們會問你是否預定了,沒有地方)和你站在一條通道上的紅色子後面,這礙了你。我不太喜歡,這可能排除了一個超大推理,但是我自己被礙了,卻不喜歡。 非常有趣的牀墊,更像是毛。柔軟,舒適。房間裏也非常非常黑暗--也不喜歡。 有趣的是,早餐沒有提供(沒有圖片/消息,服務員不說)你可以點黃瓜、司、其他的。爲什麼這事要保密?爲什麼我偶然看到另一張桌子上的黃瓜問:我能在哪裏找到?...我不明白。

Ótima localização, próximo ao aeroporto Santos Dummont, centro da cidade e ligação com zona sul via aterro do Flamengo. Ótima cama, quarto limpo e novo. Bom café da manhã. Boa infra estrutura e atendimento. O valor é um pouco caro para o local, mas vale a pena.

Reservei pedindo cama de casal. No quarto havia 2 camas de solteiro. Juntamos as camas. Mesmo assim só de virar na cama ela já separava uma da outra criando um buraco entre elas. Solicitei andar alto para evitar barulho. Colocaram no primeiro antes, quarto de frente pra rua. 6h da manhã havia uma pessoal recolhendo garrafas embaixo da minha janela. Acordei e não dormi mais. Recepcionista falou que qualquer problema poderia ligar para a recepção atravésdo telefone do quarto. No quarto não havia telefone.
