飯店確實需要翻新和清潔，雖然我們的房間非常寬敞（浴室也是），但插頭不夠，電視很舊，水壓很弱而且水很燙，清潔工作很差（地板必須用吸塵器清潔，而且不僅僅是在客人到達之前）。目前停車是個問題，我們最終不得不把車停在 Trinity Road 上（不是太近，但很方便，每天 7 英鎊）。接待人員非常友好和樂於助人，早餐美味可口，有很多菜餚可供選擇。位置很棒，在海邊散步真是太棒了！

酒店地理位置非常好就在海灘旁邊，酒店房間的空間非常大前台服務也很好。唯一的缺點是浴缸的按摩水循環功能貌似沒有認真清理，每次開啟都會從噴嘴裏麪噴出黑色的碎屑，這確實不太應該。但是整體來説是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗！想要去白崖可以步行幾分鐘到Pier做大巴或者15-20分鐘叫uber上山很方便！離車站也就不到十分鐘路程，很推薦入住！

The “ Celebration Apartment” . This first floor luxury apartment overlooks the sea and has a narrow front balcony allowing guests to breakfast outside. You will feel pampered in this apartment which is ideal if you feel you deserve it or if you have a special occasion! The apartment has recently been refreshed with many new items of high quality furniture and fittings. Gaze out to sea and watch the world go by.The spaceAs you enter the apartment there is a lobby for hanging up coats and dropping shopping bags ! To one side of the lobby is a spacious bathroom and to the other is a well equipped kitchen and a 27ft lounge/ bedroom area. There is a king size bed positioned so you can see through the two large glazed doors to the sea beyond. The lounge area has an elegant table and chairs, also a sofa day bed which turns into two full size single beds. If you cannot resist your lap top, there is a small desk.Guest accessThe apartment is seafront. There is free on street parking outside the apartments and in neighbouring roads but there is competition for space especially during busy holiday periods. In addition there is pay parking on the seafront itself which becomes free from 6 pm to 8 am. You can walk to most attractions and facilities from this ideally located apartment. The town centre with main line train station is a 15 minute walk within the town centre itself and even closer are public and tourist buses.Other things to noteBased on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.Eastbourne hosts two much televised annual events. 訂的面海帶陽台按摩浴缸的房間，景色非常滿意，早餐就在懸崖邊，風景極好。酒店整體很大且都是山坡，需要坐擺渡車出行。我住的房型需要坐擺渡車後再走樓梯上下坡，這一點腿腳不便的人請注意。並且退房時所有人集中退房，導致擺渡車不能及時到達需要等待。游泳池不大，是無邊泳池，但是景色沒有很好，可去可不去。衞生：中規中矩，第一天晚上入住後發現床單有一個鞋印，不過太晚了也沒要求換，第二天給換了。雖然酒店在山坡叢林裏，但房間內沒發現小蟲子之類的東西，這點不錯，有電蚊香提供。設施：陽台有超級大按摩浴缸，兩個人泡非常棒，但是第二天晚上它壞了，水不熱並且不能按摩。屋內空調很好，是獨立大空調，除濕效果好，屋裡一點也不濕。床超級大有兩米多，床墊有點軟不習慣，睡了後背有點疼。水質意外的好，用了兩天的濾芯沒有明顯變臟，優於本次住的另外兩家酒店。環境：堪稱無敵，躺床上正面看海太爽了，甚至馬桶都是海景！

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in a convenient location — just an 8–10 minute walk to Patong Beach and the shopping mall. It’s a renovated older hotel, clean and comfortable, with affordable prices. There’s a 7-Eleven right in front, which is super convenient. Perfect for anyone looking for a nice place to stay close to everything in Patong without spending too much.

衝著Indigo品牌去的，酒店界面很小，公共空間也很小，感覺房間面積也沒有42平；一邊沿馬路，通宵很吵；酒店住客穆斯林居多！總之不太推薦，寧可住對面novodel，房價還便宜，酒店界面比Indigo大多了，至少房間不是緊靠馬路的！走到海灘邊5分鐘；沿着海灘走到芭東酒吧街和江西冷大概1km左右，太陽下山後走走吃個晚飯逛回來還行！這酒店不適合度假⛱️，作為出海的中轉酒店又太貴，不推薦！

超棒的飯店！從入住到退房，飯店的一切都非常棒。雖然它不是最大的度假村，但品質始終如一！早餐－沒有自助餐！所有食物都是點餐，而且紅醬餐廳的菜單非常棒！食物品質一流！我們全家都是純素食者，對食物的要求很高，我的孩子們早餐特別喜歡甜食。每一道菜——法式吐司、煎餅、華夫餅、可麗餅——都是純素食的，不僅製作精良，而且味道鮮美！我的孩子們每天早上都會期待早餐——特別感謝糕點師、主廚和所有服務人員，他們的服務非常出色！房間—我們住的是花園泳池特大號涼亭房，我記得我們升級到了海景房，但大小相同。我們一家四口住，配有沙發床和兒童加床，但對我們來說很合適。房間裡的泳池有點小！不過主泳池非常好，就在海灘入口旁。海灘酒吧的餐飲和飲料都堪稱完美！泳池邊的工作人員也非常出色，每次都盡力為我們安排好一切。嬰兒車服務也很棒！兒童俱樂部非常棒——規模很小。第一天去的時候，我覺得它有點小，以為孩子們會覺得無聊，結果孩子們卻在裡面學習了泰式編織、造紙、陶藝、園藝，還在戶外區域玩了不少水上活動！所以說，兒童俱樂部的設計非常用心，孩子們可以盡情玩耍，一整天都沉浸在各種活動中！工作人員也非常棒，把孩子們照顧得無微不至！水療服務－我和妻子在6天裡去了3天，所有理療都很棒，所有理療師都很出色，而且他們還有促銷活動，如果你是水療愛好者，這個活動絕對物超所值！所以，如果可以的話，我和我的家人會給這個度假村打13/10分！我們入住期間得到了悉心照料，沒有遇到任何問題，無論是食物種類錯誤還是服務延誤！住宿體驗棒極了！一定會再入住普吉島瑰麗酒店！

我們很早就在那裏,但只能在下午入住。然後我們將行李留在接待處,然後出去,晚上回來辦理入住。我們很感激他們能夠在我們外出時照顧行李。我們還租了一輛自行車,可以在酒店免費停車。牙刷和洗髮水不在廁所裏,我們打電話給家政,他們很快就把它送到我們的房間。早餐不是自助餐,我們是從菜單點餐的。早餐真的不錯! 總體來說入住很不錯,很舒服。

一切都很好,我喜歡工作人員,太合作了。只是傢伙深夜打和八從鄰居牀上打擾。有一個常見的平板桌子,側面有一個大空調,我在桌子上工作,空調開始漏水,我的筆記本電腦鍵盤溼得很厲害,我以爲它不會工作。我很沮喪,很快就關掉了筆記本電腦,用吹風機乾燥,感謝上帝它開始工作。否則,我的旅行可能會如此緊張。

房間大小還不錯適合家庭出遊，我們是開車過來的，google 導航就可以，附近沒什麼好吃的，所以還是需要開出去才有多的選擇。周邊很安靜，游泳池就在房間外面，可以直接打開門就跳入水。服務人員態度都挺好，很輕切。有自助洗衣功能， 60塊洗衣，40塊烘乾30分鐘。距離普吉鎮也就6-8 公里，也不算不方便。推薦
