A lovely garden wraps you in tranquility on the dinning patio. Lots of privacy. Fantastic location, in The Arts District, minutes from the airport. Just minutes to St. Armands Circles wonderful shopping and restaurants, beaches and downtown, offering great entertainment and restaurant options, several performing theaters, a comedy club, movie theaters. A bay front park is 1 block away, public tennis courts are 4 blocks away. Convenient!Property is within a 5 minute radious of all Sarasota's cultural amenities, such as The Ringling Museum of Art (world-class art and grounds), The Historic Asolo Theater, and asThe Van Wezel (well-known entertainers frequently performing, downtown area with lots of restaurants, shopping a comedy club live theaters and Shelby Gardens just to list a few. “是我目前住過最好的民宿”這是我們住完一週後，家裡人的評價。【房子本身】裝修很好，卧室、廚房、客廳、衞生間的空間都很大；暖氣很足（足到要開窗户）；熱水很足；日常使用用品、廚房用品都準備充分。【交通】民宿在居民區，步行到地鐵十分鐘，打車到景區十多塊錢，附近有很多本地人開的小餐館，我們玩累了都打包回家吃，味道都不錯。【民宿老闆】人超級好，回消息很快，有問必答，我們沒有晚上行程，想在家打麻將，老闆還提前借了麻將；家裡人習慣單獨蓋被子，雙人床準備了額外的被子。離開民宿的時候，家裡人都催促我趕快寫好評。我們滿星推薦！

這次入住體驗真的超預期！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被温馨大氣的環境吸引，前台小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住速度很快，還主動介紹了周邊的便民設施，特別貼心。房間收拾得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒服，晚上睡得格外香。浴室熱水充足，水壓也合適，洗漱用品的味道很清新。最驚喜的是窗外的景色，拉開窗簾就能看到漂亮的街景，早晨醒來心情都變好了～早餐種類很豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊，尤其是現做的麪條，師傅火候掌握得剛剛好。退房時工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，特別注重細節。總之，性價比超高，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，已經把這家列入我的常住清單啦，強烈推薦！

房間乾淨空氣好，空調也給力，提供了歡迎水果，秋林格瓦斯，可樂等飲料，每天都會補齊。工作人員態度都很熱情友善，主動問好開門等。特別表揚工作人員史文凱，遇到了一點問題特別熱心幫助解決，還主動給我們升級了套房，入住期間還一直跟進關心問候，讓人很暖心。早餐也不錯，紅腸特別好吃。周圍商圈很多，可以買到秋林紅腸哈肉聯紅腸，可以離開當天早上買，特別新鮮。下次來哈爾濱還會選擇住在這裏。

我是為了來看周深的演唱會而來到哈爾濱，選擇了這一家離索菲亞教堂很近的酒店，去演唱會現場也非常方便，出門左拐，然後坐5號公交車大概50分鐘就能到達演唱會場地，看完演唱會之後還能在附近逛索菲亞教堂，中央大街，和防洪紀念塔，離各大景點都非常的近。這個酒店有一個服務員叫王明超，是個女生，他的服務非常好，因為我説房間空調直吹，所以他就幫忙把空調給遮擋了，非常温柔，還幫我搬凳子進來房間給我放行李，所以他很好，給個五星好評，還有，這個酒店附近有很多吃的，生活非常便利，下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這一家酒店。

房間的形式是套房裡麪隔出的4個房間，有進入套房的門和房間門鑰匙。不在萬達賓館門牌正下面，在隔壁一兩間的單元樓裏。離鎮裏的美食街大概500、600米的樣子，吃東西很方便。不過有幾點注意事項： 1.套房裡麪每個房間隔得比較近，隔音不是特別好。 2.吹風機不是每個房間都有的。我住的時候一次性用品裏面沒梳子。 3.早上6點多外面就有很大的鬧鐘聲播報，説現在是北京時間6點10分，隔了一個小時7點10分又開始播報，太影響睡眠了。 4.老闆娘挺熱情的，但一大早9點多就來敲門問今天要不要續住，甚至直接轉門把手想開進來，幸好我們鎖着門，這點希望改進下。

五一假期幾個朋友商量來一個說走就走的假期游，網上查了挺多家店，最後選了這家，評價不多，但是規模挺大環境看起來也挺好的，來了以後感覺自己選的沒錯，房間裝修挺有特色，乾淨整潔，距離滑雪場熊貓館溫泉都特別近，很方便，老闆還給我們訂了景區的優惠門票，超級給力，最主要的是五一天氣冷老闆給整個房子供暖了，強烈推薦這家店。

民宿就在江北大學城地鐵站邊上的小區裏，去冰雪大世界和太陽島之類都很進。房間比較小，但是很乾凈，白天出去玩，就晚上住一下也無所謂，乾淨就好，用品大多數都是一次性的。暖氣特別足，我們一家三口穿短袖睡覺都熱，後半夜才蓋一點被子。

地理位置在大學城裡，交通便利，主要是老闆人特別好，環境更是好的不行，兩個人定的大床房完全不會擁擠，兩個人AA下來一個人也才幾十，對學生特別友好～屋裡有空調暖氣，一次性洗漱用品非常齊全，除了基本的牙刷牙膏香皂等等以外甚至有洗臉巾和一次性的小牙缸😯附近好吃的也很多😭以後有機會還來這裏住！！

這次入住是臨時決定的——在此之前的一晚其他酒店（靠近索菲姐大教堂）體驗不佳，抱着試試看的心態定了這家酒店，沒想到整體遠超預期，從服務到硬件都讓人覺得“選對了”。先説最直觀的入住體驗，前台小哥哥的服務特別專業。辦理流程介紹得清晰流暢，酒店的各項服務、注意事項都主動講到位，沒有一點拖沓，剛到就先卸去了“臨時找房”的倉促感。因為入住是下午兩點，我是臨時從別處搬過來，所以比較早，人家沒有讓我等或者多付錢，有房就直接給我入住了。這點很貼心。進房間後，第一感受是設施很有格調，尤其是智能控制特別方便。喊一聲“小度小度”就能操控燈光、空調這些家電，不用來回找開關，對我這種怕麻煩的人來説太友好了。房間用品也很有質感，棉拖軟乎乎的，穿起來很舒服，細節上能感覺到用心。不過有個小不足：吹風機是老式的，不僅看起來有些破舊，支架也不太穩，用的時候得扶着，要是能更新一下就更好了。另外，我定的是無窗房，確實是受預算限制的選擇，但好在通風做得不錯，沒覺得悶或壓抑，下次如果預算允許，想試試有窗的房型，應該體驗會更棒。讓我印象最深的是客房大姐的貼心服務。入住當天我臨時要了兩條毛巾和浴巾，沒想到第二次打掃時，她沒多説什麼，直接悄悄補好了放在洗手枱的下方——這種不用反覆提醒的“無聲服務”，特別讓人覺得親切又暖心。酒店的位置更是沒話説，離中央大街特別近，步行就能到，周邊的打卡景點也很集中，白天出門逛吃、拍照都很方便，省了不少路上的時間。早餐的話，説實話我一開始沒抱太高期待，實際出品算中規中矩，在及格線以上，但對比上一家入住的酒店已經好很多了，作為快捷早餐完全夠用。整體來説，這次臨時入住的體驗很驚喜，尤其要給前台和客房大姐的服務點個贊。下次再來哈爾濱，肯定還會選這家，也推薦給想住中央大街附近、看重性價比和服務的朋友。遺憾的是酒店房間照片沒拍，那我就分享附近中央大街的一些照片吧。

房間位置特別好，松花江邊，闖關東廣場，特別有生活氣息。下樓就是中華巴洛克，還有個清真點心鋪物美價廉。去太陽島有渡輪，中央大街打車很快就到。房間特別滿意，收拾的乾淨整潔，設施和家用沒差別，齊齊全全的，洗衣機洗洗衣服，有冰箱廚具很實用。房東特別熱情介紹了線路和飯店，維護的很用心，感謝啦。希望有機會再回來體驗哈爾濱的冬天。

哈亞雪七日遊，這個旅館給我的體驗感降到最差，從雪鄉趕回來十一點半，到了旅館老闆説停水，大家可以理解大冬天大半夜的風塵僕僕連水都沒有的感覺嗎？熱水冷水都沒有，一家三口無法洗漱衹能睡覺，説他們這裏每天十點半以後都停水，那是不是也可以提前告知客户讓我們有心理預期準備或者臨時換酒店，或者給我們備點熱水？而且服務態度也不太好，意思是和我解釋了很多遍為什麼我就不明白沒有水，真的是讓人失望到極致，所以很用心的來寫一下入住體驗，夥伴們看一看參考一下很有價值，對攜程也很失望了，不提前考察一下旅店情況嗎？

第一次入住，非常喜歡，有幾點入住體會，第一基礎設施現代化，目即所到之處乾淨整潔。中控的窗簾，燈光，衞浴設施，讓人挑不出毛病第二早餐38一位，性價比非常好，中西餐口味自選，入住的幾天都選擇在賓館解決第三各個房間隔音非常好。臨街關窗基本聽不到噪音，這點太重要了第四對本人錦上添花，8樓有個小健身房，意外之喜。啞鈴，跑步機，橢圓儀，器械不多，也夠活動了，短短入住幾天，鍛鍊了一下，超級開心
