西斯塔雙棕櫚飯店(Twin Palms at Siesta)

El hotel es muy tranquilo de fácil acceso a la playa , la habitación donde me hospedé súper limpia la verdad qué hay que destacar eso pues todo estaba impecable gracias a Gisela por mantenerla así además de que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos . La piscina es climatizada por lo cual se puede disfrutar de ella a cualquier hora. El lugar donde está ubicado el hotel súper tranquilo. Lo único a destacar sería que la máquina de hielo no estaba funcionando pero eso es algo que la administración del hotel estoy segura resuelve de inmediato.Lo recomiendo cien por ciento.

Schöne Gegend in Strandnähe. War sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool ist sogar beheizt.

I stayed at Palms of Siesta Keys at unit 5. The bedroom was beside the bedroom of unit 4. The guy in unit 4 snored for 3 days straight keeping us up all night. The design of unit 4 and 5 is not soundproof. I would not recommend renting unit 4 or unit 5. Also the last day there, I saw a cockroach by kitchen table. I tried to get a small refund from Jenna the manager but was ignored.

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend! Just minutes walk from the beach and the space has everything you may need!

My stay was surprising, everything was perfect, I didn't know how to check in, I called the number on the hotel room door, they were very attentive, they quickly explained how to do it, they sent me the room password and called me to say that the I wait was already available earlier. cleanliness location, structure and service rating 10. I highly recommend and or come back soon.

A wonderful place to stay in Siesta Keys. Only issue was that we had to use our own data as the wifi in our studio 2 was very weak. Will definitely return

Jana provided great customer service, the cleaning team really paid attention to detail and we loved the quiet area!

This was our 2nd year here and we always have a great time. Very nice place! We will be back again next year!

When we arrived at the place we cannot find their office. We had to call. We felt lost. They said they emailed me for check in instructions but I didn’t not receive any at all. We stayed for four nights and no one bother to give us more refills of our shampoo and conditioner. No restaurant on site. They didn’t even give us complementary water as in Florida it’s so hot. The check out time is too early. We asked a favor to check out an hour later than they allow because our flight was in the afternoon but they said NO. We will never go back to this place.
