Harborview is a newly renovated, top-floor apartment perched on the edge of Munjoy Hill in Portland's East End. This home is a short stroll to the Eastern Promenade and the East End Beach, the Casco Bay Islands Ferry Terminal, and the historic Old Port. The apartment features a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan adjoined by a large private deck. It's the perfect spot to gather, relax, and dine while enjoying the breathtaking views of Casco Bay!The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are individually climate-controlled with heat and A/C. The two full baths have heated floors (perfect for those chilly New England mornings!). The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable king-sized sleeper. For those working remotely, there are two dedicated desks located at the opposite ends of the apartment. The Wifi at the house is fiber optic, with real-time speeds of 150 Mbps. We have off-street private guest parking for 2 cars (sequentially) equipped with an EV charging station. If you are visiting with more than 2 cars there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house, or a couple of doors down. *Be mindful of the clearly marked street cleaning signs, and park on the opposite side of the street that day so you don't get a ticket.For your little ones, we have a Pack n Play, as well as a highchair available. Enjoy some of the best views in the city facing southwest to downtown, the Back Cove, with the White Mountains in the background, and stunning sunsets. The apartment is part of a two-unit home that we own and occupy. Enjoy the sunny backyard overflowing with flowers, hops, apples and grapes. We are a 2-minute walk to Washington Avenue, where there are a number of amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and hip stores. We are an 8-minute walk to the East Bayside brewery area.Our home was built in 1876. It is one of the oldest homes on the hill. We bought the house in 2010 and have renovated it. We are a family of four living upstairs. We are an international family. I am from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and my wife is from Lisbon, Portugal. We love to travel the world seeking adventure and sun in the winter. We are very passionate about surfing, skiing, mountain biking, beer, food and Portland, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask us. We made the apartment a fun blend of the historic nature of the home with modern touches and artwork we have picked up while traveling the globe. My wife Rita from Portugal speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and Italian for those travelers preferring to communicate in these languages. We truly hope you have a wonderful stay in our little oasis on the hill.Please note that our two-bedroom set up is “railroad style”, so you go through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom. This is a common and authentic style of building in the 1800s. This setup is great for families with kids, but we will defer to you to decide if it is comfortable for two couples seeking privacy. As a solution. we have a sectional sofa that converts to a queen size bed in the living room. This is not a traditional pullout with uncomfortable bars in the middle, instead if feels like an actual mattress. We have a super soft topper for it to make it even cozier. The living room has window curtains that can be closed for privacy for those sleeping on the converted sofa. 房間離七星伴月觀景台步行2分鐘，老闆很熱情給我們升級了房間，正對着梯田。梯田的燈光雖然不會一直開，但一片漆黑的夜色中卻有意外的驚喜。雖然細雨綿綿，但點點瑩火如流星般閃爍在林間，也有不少被風吹到陽台，不一會便捉了十餘衹，真是一份獨特的六一驚喜。

這家位於金佛頂的酒店，絕對是帶娃家庭的寶藏之選，老闆看到我們帶小孩還免費升級房型，我家小朋友一進房間就徹底“淪陷”了--房間不衹大，投影、浴缸俱全，陽台全景落地窗一樣不少，完全戳中孩子的心，娃一進去就玩得不亦樂乎，興奮得連心心念唸的梯田都暫時拋在腦後了，老母親終於可以安心享受度假時光了，當然，龍脊梯田的壯麗是絕對不能錯過的。必須狠狠誇一誇位置，純凈、遼闊，陽光灑下來時，梯田的線條美得驚心動魄，那種震撼，衹有親臨其境才能真正體會。酒店本身的露台就是一處絕佳觀景點，一邊在泳池游泳一邊看眼前的梯田畫卷，已經足夠愜意美好。而且最最最讓人沉醉的是夕陽時分!當金色的餘暉温柔地鋪滿天際，染紅梯田，躺在露台的躺椅上，整個世界彷彿被鍍上了一層夢幻的濾鏡。那一刻，晚風輕拂，萬籟俱寂，真的感覺自己就置身於人間仙境，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散，特別棒強烈推薦！

非常好，本來在金坑田頭寨糾結了很久，因為返程更近才選了平安壯寨，這家民宿也屬於無心插柳，沒想到一切超乎預期！酒店視角超級棒，老闆做的菜味道真的很好，早餐的米粉也到位，全程用餐無憂。到停車場老闆來接還幫忙拿了件行李，又詳細的講解了遊覽路線。第一張圖是房間露台視角，民宿離七星伴月觀景台很近，從七星伴月直接繞山腰可以走到九龍五虎觀景台，在從梯田脊背一路下到寨子，一圈大部分是平路不會太累，主要還可以領略整個平安梯田和寨子美景，省錢又省事兒還全面，我覺得玩龍脊梯田來平安住宿是最關鍵的選擇！這家店也是超級推薦！

老闆很好，加了微信問了很多自駕的問題，都回應了。感謝。酒店在新寨，離大寨走路十分鐘，(大寨的演出9點三十元千萬別看，辣眼睛。篝火晚會不要錢9.30)酒店樓下能停車，但車位有限，門口有階梯上金佛頂，40分鐘爬上去還是很累的。千層天梯可以開車上去，路很好，就是陡了點，老闆說平安的九龍五虎可以開車上去，實際不可以開，要做觀光車。308房的空調不能用暖氣，冷。酒店還有別的問題，但是景區的大概都這樣吧。

第一次用這麼便宜的價格訂了個這麼好的房間，房間好寬，有三四十㎡，整潔乾淨，有個大大的窗戶，竟然還有個衣帽間。7月30號去的，那裡竟然22°，讓從38°地方來的我大呼涼快。老闆娘非常熱情，剛一到就請我們吃西瓜，傍晚還邀請我們跟他們一起吃燒烤，喝啤酒，唱歌。很愉快的住宿體驗。

是本地人自己家木樓做的民宿，有點舊舊的，但是勝在性價比非常高。開車的話可以開到民宿自己的停車位，再走路大概2分鐘就能到。而且會比那些好看但是千篇一律的“現代風民宿”更有一些古樸的味道。飯菜非常非常非常好吃。屋外景色還是很好的，就是對面有一些正在修建的房屋，有點影響出片。距離1號、2號觀景台都不算遠

一次特別滿意的住宿，酒店衞生特別乾淨，躺在床上看無邊風景。老闆熱情接待，幫忙運送行李箱，幫忙指路上各個觀景台，而且廚藝出眾，價格實惠，推薦幹筍悶鴉，味道一絕。古色古香的村落，值得再來，期待9.10月份的黃色梯田，再來老闆家住宿。還穿了酒店提供的民族服飾在村子裏打卡，村民也都很友善。

昨天剛退的房，真的是性價比超值的，首先價格合理，房間空間寬敞，設施有一點舊，但不耽誤使用，一切都非常滿意。房間古香古色，很有民族特色，老闆全家人都超好👍，老闆娘做菜很好吃，我們吃的酸菜魚等，味道絕了，手藝沒得説，還贈送了自己產的米酒，來的朋友一定要嚐嚐，好喝的很。他家的所有服務人員都很熱情，還有一衹大狗叫多多，性格好的不要不要的，我兒子和侄女愛它愛的呦，太開心。老闆大哥會開着自己的車送我們去各個景點，山路真的好考驗車技和車況的。總之這是一家各種值都拉滿的民宿，下次來我一定還會來這裏住的

老闆、司機、前台、服務人員都很熱情，賓至如歸的感覺，這家酒店已經在山頂⛰️了，來了也不要焦慮，覺得山路難走，它距離纜車點，金佛頂沿着路步行15分鐘完全可以到，小孩子也沒問題的，住進這樣的民宿真的治癒心靈，樓下花園坐一坐，小孩子抓抓魚，早晨早點起來去金佛頂拍拍照，坐在房間外的露台化化粧，簡直體驗感拉滿，還有一點這家民宿的餐特別特別好吃，我們點的菜都沒有踩雷，豆腐、牛肉、竹筒飯、土豆絲、鮮筍，帶孩子的，情侶，帶長者的首選啦，推薦。

民宿空間大，衞生乾淨，陽台超大，景色老美了，入眼便是梯田，老闆一家都很熱情，做飯也好吃，我們入住兩天都在他家吃，食材都是自家種自家養的，竹筒雞每天必點，打開竹筒流出的雞汁太好喝啦，老闆每晚都贈送自己釀的糯米酒，晚上小酌一杯，看着夜景，真愜意。

服務態度真的很無語，説可以送去觀景台，隔天又不送，竟然不能送就不要答應，洗漱杯是一次性紙杯，我明明是親子房，就給了我兩個杯子，等於我刷牙了就沒杯子喝水喝喝酒啥的，吹風機吹了半分鐘停止使用，洗髮水一直也一直擠不出來，真的。。，600多的房子，這種服務，這種設備，真的坑爹！！！！老闆包括服務人員，一整個愛理不理，！！！

一間很不錯的民宿，寬敞整潔，位置處於山西韶樂和千層天梯景區之間，去千層天梯十分鐘，到韶樂二十分鐘左右。自駕的可開車到民宿樓下有私人停車場，相當方便。老闆夫妻很熱情，飯菜做得相當不錯！

酒店距離平安寨停車場很近，這個對於十一經歷了三個小時堵車的旅人來講太重要了，要是還讓我爬半小時到山頂才能到酒店肯定要崩潰。老闆還幫忙升級了房間，景色絕佳，窗外就是一片梯田，早上霧氣昭昭的一縷陽光，絕美！餐廳也對着户外，有幾張户外的桌子，適合小資打卡。酒店有些老外，整體服務不錯。

房間觀景很棒，在房間裏面就能看到梯田，還能聽見山上溪流的聲音，老闆一家人也很好，非常和善，在他們家吃飯，還送了糯米甜酒，他們家的米粉做的很好吃，我們兩天的午飯都是吃他們家的這個粉，放點辣椒超好吃，回來的時候還可以拜託他幫忙訂回來的車票

房間很漂亮，很有特色的木屋，陽台很大很寬敞，景色特別棒，拍照很好看，工作人員服務特別好，都很熱情，飯菜也很美味，最棒的是有很多套民族服裝可以穿而且是免費的，非常完美的行程，很推薦這家客棧，服務很滿意，下次秋天的時候應該還會來住。不足的地方就是枕頭太高，睡着不太舒服，建議換矮一點的或者軟一點的，窗簾也需要清洗了。房間裏不開窗的時候會有一點味道，不知道是什麼散發出來的味道就是不太好聞，可能是下水道返味，或者是外面施的肥，我不太確定。隔音是很不好的，隔壁説話還有樓下説話都能聽得很清楚。總體來講還是推薦的。水特別滑，洗澡洗臉都很舒服。

酒店位於金佛頂景區裏面，位置還不錯，老闆家服務很好，到店后升級了觀景房，現殺的土雞味道很贊，竹筒飯味道也好，老闆家自制的辣椒醬味道絕了，熱心的老闆還請我們喝自制的百香果酒，我們住的家庭房，很舒服，隔着窗戶就能看日出和梯田，房間條件一般，因為位於山頂裏面，性價比還是很高了。

房間很寬敞也很舒服，入住的是一家夫妻自營的當地原住民平價酒店，入住流程絲滑，有什麼需求老闆都會想辦法解決，房間外面的風景非常好，直接能看到梯田，現在梯田正好是翠綠色的，非常治癒，品嚐了當地的竹筒雞，竹筒飯老闆賣價格也比較實惠，到山頂上煮個飯，很貴，而且不是很好吃，出來還是建議在酒店把餐用了再出去玩兒，經濟實惠一些。説實話，來到梯田這邊，感覺這邊的民風民俗都很淳樸，沒有特別嚴重的商業化，那當然，交通也不是很方便，到酒店還是需要走一段路的，原汁原味吧值得推薦

是我住過最好的一家民宿。環境：地理位置優越，落地窗外一眼望到美景，什麼都不用做，坐在露台呼吸一下新鮮空氣就已經是享受。服務：非常非常好，所有服務人員都特別熱情，賓至如歸。會有車到景區服務中心來接送，餐前還會送水果➕米酒➕飲料，臨走還有伴手禮！看得出經營者真的是非常用心在經營這家民宿。設施：我定的是最便宜的一個房間，但是露台景色已經很不錯，如果預算有限定這個房型是性價比拉滿的，但是如果想要最好的體驗感可以定270度的房間（説實話到達以後後悔了，因為景色真的很美，想升級成270度的房間）。

老闆人很好，做的飯菜也很可口，同外麪的味道差不多，特別是那道炸的河魚，真好吃，主要是老闆人也實在，一頓農家樂價格很公道，不像別的家搶着提高價格。房間也還行，去七星伴月觀景台15-20分鐘就到了，挺便利利的，雖然脊田沒啥驚喜的，但今天看到了日出的整個過程，也算不枉費此行了。
