About this spaceThis stunning one-hundred-year-old home is a spacious retreat on Munjoy Hill, one of Portland's most desirable and walkable neighborhoods. Enjoy the sea breeze off Casco Bay and gorgeous views of the working waterfront from our two rooftop decks. Staying here you are just steps away from all you could want to do or dine on in our little city by the sea. Its luxurious interior and location make it a perfect getaway spot for couples or small groups of friends visiting Portland.The space- This apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, and once inside, spans two floors and a spiral staircase to the uppermost roof deck. It is required that guests be very comfortable with stairs in order to enjoy their stay! -Enjoy ample living space indoors and out, including two very private bedrooms.Each bedroom is on a separate floor and offers a comfortable bed, space to unpack, and blinds for lazy mornings. The upstairs master bedroom has a skylight for stargazing on clear nights.Enjoy a nice long soak in the clawfoot tub!Air conditioning throughout the house allows you to stay comfortable even on the hottest of summer days.**Out of respect for our tenants & neighbors, no parties are allowed at the house.We welcome groups of up to 4 . Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.Guest accessDuring your stay, you will have the full apartment to yourself including 2 rooftop decks!Other things to note:-There is a sofa in the TV room that folds out into a twin bed.- We also have a rollaway single bed available with a memory foam mattress. -For your little one, we have a Pack n Play as well as a highchair available. 在家酒店是平安寨最高的一個酒店，所以視野非常好，房間在陽台都能有很好的一個視野，看到梯田還能看到七星半月。就是停車相對不方便要停在寨子下面的停車場還要交三十多塊錢的停車費。老闆娘開車到停車場接我們，我們運到酒店的山腳下，下車後還要爬一段山路十幾分鍾吧，所以這邊建議不要帶太多的行李，儘量輕裝。沿途就會經過整個寨子的那些商鋪，我們去的時候淡季人不多，還是蠻安逸的，晚上非常安靜。老闆娘也非常熱情，店裡的飯菜還不錯，老闆娘給我們送了甜酒濃度有點高，喝完之後有點上頭，

朋友推薦這家民宿還不錯，加了老闆微信，果斷預訂；老闆人很好幫忙拿行李，到了給我們切自己家種的百香果，泡茶，非常熱情，房間設施齊全非常乾淨，都是老闆娘親自打掃，非常的用心； 早餐也是老闆娘現做的米粉，是這幾天吃過最好吃的米粉，而且分量很足，滿滿的肉沫；竹筒雞都是老闆娘現抓現殺的，雞湯真的太鮮美的，太好吃了，小孩子都非常喜歡吃！ 房間的景色真的太美了，陽台外就是七星伴月的，尤其是早上拉開窗簾，山上的濛濛霧氣，層層的稻田，真的是人間仙境！ 最值得説的就是老闆和老闆娘人真的很好，走的時候掉了一個挎包，我們也是晚上到家之後才發現，老闆娘凌晨一點鐘還幫忙查監控，比我們還着急，後來在別的地方找到了，雖然沒忘在民宿，但是老闆娘的責任心真的讓我們非常感動； 最後真的非常推薦這家民宿，也祝願老闆和老闆娘生意興隆！

老闆很好，加了微信問了很多自駕的問題，都回應了。感謝。酒店在新寨，離大寨走路十分鐘，(大寨的演出9點三十元千萬別看，辣眼睛。篝火晚會不要錢9.30)酒店樓下能停車，但車位有限，門口有階梯上金佛頂，40分鐘爬上去還是很累的。千層天梯可以開車上去，路很好，就是陡了點，老闆說平安的九龍五虎可以開車上去，實際不可以開，要做觀光車。308房的空調不能用暖氣，冷。酒店還有別的問題，但是景區的大概都這樣吧。

第一次用這麼便宜的價格訂了個這麼好的房間，房間好寬，有三四十㎡，整潔乾淨，有個大大的窗戶，竟然還有個衣帽間。7月30號去的，那裡竟然22°，讓從38°地方來的我大呼涼快。老闆娘非常熱情，剛一到就請我們吃西瓜，傍晚還邀請我們跟他們一起吃燒烤，喝啤酒，唱歌。很愉快的住宿體驗。

位置在小寨村，沒有商業開發，但是對於遠離城市喧囂來凈化心靈的人們來説太適合不過了，去梯田各個景區也很方便，比景點旁邊的酒店性價比高太多了。老闆一家都是熱情的好人，給我們分享很多好吃的。這兒吃的都是純天然綠色食品～衞生做得特別好，整潔乾淨舒適，下次來玩還住這，哈哈哈。

酒店風景好棒啊，要不是有行程都想住多一晚了，自駕很方便，停車場好大就在酒店下面，景觀很好，可以走路去千層梯田，8月初傍晚挺涼爽的！早上想看日出，再往上去觀景台的路有點窄，老闆5點多開車帶我們去看日出，太好了TT，酒店可以點菜吃，解決吃飯問題，想吃米粉要提前説一下哈哈，要提前泡好，沒吃成，祝老闆生意興隆！

酒店體驗非常滿意。房間乾淨衞生，房間夠大，室內都是按照木質結構裝修的，有一點淡淡的木材味道，窗外就是梯田，晚上坐在陽台看着梯田的燈光很有藝境。房東兩口熱情好客，酒店位置距離寨子裏的停車場挺近，向上走不遠就到了。房東會開車到平安寨大停車場接送，然後幫忙提行李到酒店。房東的做飯手藝也很不錯，吃的跟滿意。房間忘記拍照了。這個季節的梯田快灌滿水了，我們趕上雨後，片片雲海映襯着鏡面梯田，很美麗。

房間很漂亮，很有特色的木屋，陽台很大很寬敞，景色特別棒，拍照很好看，工作人員服務特別好，都很熱情，飯菜也很美味，最棒的是有很多套民族服裝可以穿而且是免費的，非常完美的行程，很推薦這家客棧，服務很滿意，下次秋天的時候應該還會來住。不足的地方就是枕頭太高，睡着不太舒服，建議換矮一點的或者軟一點的，窗簾也需要清洗了。房間裏不開窗的時候會有一點味道，不知道是什麼散發出來的味道就是不太好聞，可能是下水道返味，或者是外面施的肥，我不太確定。隔音是很不好的，隔壁説話還有樓下説話都能聽得很清楚。總體來講還是推薦的。水特別滑，洗澡洗臉都很舒服。

國慶前錯峯出行，龍脊梯田來對時間不虛此行。住宿也研究了很久，最後網上一句話打動了我，看梯田住宿往高了定沒錯。金坑大寨金佛項絕對這裏最佳選擇，三面環形觀景，纜車站出來幾分鐘就到。老闆不錯，大寨停車場停好車老闆下來接，第二天走下山老闆把行李幫送下來。房間木樓條件一般，但淡季兩邊開窗觀景房絕對超值，可不出房看日出日落。
