One night stay, not enough food options no restaurant only cafe, no dedicated bar. Generous check in time and midday check out. Altogether felt like not enough attention paid to details. Pool was warm enough, no changing area , or sauna jacuzzi .overpriced.

We didn't have a great stay. Our room was not cleaned and when asked if we could get it cleaned they sent a cleaner who claimed not to be a cleaner but just someone who brings towels. There was also mess in the hallways.

Staff were very friendly! Helpful and kind. I liked the ease of the valet service even though the additional fee was unnecessary. Large common area which was great for our large family to spend time!

Not my first time staying at this property, the staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Great location for local food spots and shopping. I love the 12 PM check out and a convenient transportation to the airport.

Excellent location. No room service. Cleaning every other day. Harsh review focussing on the negatives only because the price per night is so expensive. If $100 - $200 less per night, this would be 5/5 star review.

Location near the waterfront - not the greatest views (industrial, w/ water in the distance - at least from our room on the third floor). Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Blackout curtains did the job, and I think we had a white noise machine in our room (it was either that or an air purifier due to the recent Canadian fires/smoke), which was a great touch. The staff was super friendly! When our request for additional pillows wasn't fulfilled the first night and we asked again the next morning, they were extremely apologetic and not only ran pillows up to our room immediately, but offered us free drinks from the snack shop. Each morning the restaurant/coffee bar was bustling, and the lovely young lady running it was the epitome of grace under fire. I wish I remembered her name! All in all a great 2-night stay, and we'd surely return if we're ever in Portland again.

We were able to stay after checkout, while e went to my daughter’s wedding dress appointment. We weee able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage until we were done. Great friendly staff.

Terrific stay. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly, welcoming and polite. They were amazing! I rarely find such friendly staff at hotels. The room was huge and comfortable and clean. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops.

We were surprised to learn there is valet only parking at the hotel $35. The location is good with restaurants nearby.
