Our beach estate is located on over an acre of land, just one house back (a quick 30 second walk down a sandy beach path) to one of the best white sand beaches in Hawaii. This is the only beach in Hawaii to consistently show up as one of the top ten beaches in the world lists. Unlike most beaches in Hawaii our beach is mostly free of tourists so you can actually have space and relax. On weekdays you will virtually have the entire beach to yourself!Our 2200 sq foot home neighbors some of the finest properties on Oahu, just doors down from where the Obama family stays when they come to Hawaii. One of the very few properties that is actually a LEGAL vacation rental and has been since the early 90's, so you can be assured that your rental will be available when you arrive! Our property offers the utmost relaxation and tranquility. Feel the white sand between your toes, bask in the warm Hawaiian sun, dive into the crystal clear aqua waters, and be glad you've made the best choice for your Hawaiian vacation! Our two story house offers Ocean and Mountain Views, one house back from Kailua beach, 30 second walk down a sandy beach path. We are also just about a 5 mine drive to the famous Lanikai Beach. Escape to Kailua, a small beach town located just 20 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki, truly away from it all! Our home features high speed wireless internet, two flat screen tvs, Hawaiian koa wood cabinets, marble, and crown molding, modeled after the historic residence next door. There is a NEW window A/C unit in the master bedroom (it's the only bedroom that doesn't face the ocean) and screens on all windows and fans throughout the house. There are two large lanais one upstairs (with ocean and mountain views) and one downstairs. Brand new deck as of October 2024. The house is situated on an acre of land with lush landscaping, allowing ample room to lay out in the Hawaiian sun or let the kids play. The yard has beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove. The house has one King bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. We also provide a pack n play if needed. It has two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo the other with a walk in shower. The master bedroom (king bed and a twin) and one full bathroom are located upstairs where the kitchen, dining room and living room are. The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. It has a full sized oven, four burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has four barstools, perfect for hanging out while meals are prepared or for casual breakfasts. The dining room table seats six and there is also an outdoor patio set complete with tables and chairs with an ocean view. New sectional couch in living room. The owners live on the property in the main house.The cottage is a 600 square foot 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen is equipped with 2 induction hot plates with stainless steel cookware and a convection oven / microwave oven suitable for baking. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a large granite island complete the kitchen space. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxury linens and a flat screen TV. The living room area is comfortable and inviting. With a 40 inch LED Smart TV and a small library of books from titles we've read to books guests have left behind. Our guest house has a master bedroom (king bed) with an en suite bathroom, a second master bedroom (king bed) with an attached bathroom, and for groups (5-6 person) we have a third bedroom (two twin xl beds), for groups of 4 or less our third bedroom will be locked. Our guest house is complete with a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai. Our property also includes 2 off street parking, which is coveted if you have ever been to Lanikai. Prime location and tons of amenities!The spaceIsland life meets modern luxury. Hawaii is all about nature and our guest house emulates the calm and peaceful serenity that embodies Kailua. Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs (see photos). Air Conditioning is provided in each room with separate controls, motorized blackout roller shades in each bedroom and privacy shades everywhere else. Fast 300 Mbps WiFi and cable tv. Amazon Alexa controls for lights. Amazon Music provide on Alexa. There is a smart home remote that can control lights, shades, and fans. Lanikai (Ka'ohao) is absolutely breathtaking. From the serene white sand beach to the Pillboxes (Ka'iwa Ridge) spectacular view, few places have it all. Lanikai beach and the Pillbox hike are a few minute walk from our guest suite (2-4 min). Kailua beach is right around the corner and Kailua Town shopping and dining is a few minutes drive.This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive day minimum. There is no penalty for early departures so you can book for a shorter stay as agreed upon on the site. This is in accordance with City and County of Honolulu ordinance section 19-18. Beautiful accommodation with the most stunning views. Watching sunrise or sunset from the balcony is bliss and it was the perfect view to wake up to. There is direct access onto the beach that requires a key fob to access, and the swimming pool is great too. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all present. There are also beach towels and chairs in the room for use at the beach. Plenty of parking available and great access to the bus system too. Highly recommended!

除了價格有些貴，其它都滿意！由於是分時渡假俱樂部酒店，所以套房基本都帶廚房及全部西式炊具，應有盡有！並且還備有洗衣機和烘乾機。臨海環境優美，氣候宜人，處處景觀。酒店面對屬於自己的Lagoon（環礁湖），游泳，日光浴，浮潛非常舒適（目前海水有點涼，剛下海時需要一點勇氣！一會就好！）。三座室外遊池適合從孩子到老年人戲水，游泳，並配有熱水按摩池和桑拿房（幹蒸，濕蒸）。總之這個酒店非常適合夫妻、情侶、二代、三代人同遊！另外就是海景房和山景房有區別，但也可用多在户外活動來平衡。建議去過檀香山威基基海灘的朋友們，試一下這個地方，一定會有不一樣的感覺！

二樓的洗衣房很方便，那裡的飲用水比超市裡買來的桶裝水更好喝，超市裡的桶裝水有怪味。房間裏有微波爐，煮雞蛋煮麪都很方便，很適合解決吃的問題。去歐美解決吃的問題很要緊，家庭經濟出遊首選。我們在對面希爾頓住了三天海景房，在華美達住了五天。都很滿意，各自有不同的優點。下次去會全部選擇更經濟的華美達，希爾頓體驗過就好，因為我不是有錢人😊這次出遊全程租車，因為華美達離免費停車的河邊很近，也提高了便利性。注意週一和週五上午不能停，這兩天警察會貼單！

ダイヤモンドヘッドとオーシャンビューで絶景！ラナイで景色を眺めながらお酒を飲むのは至福の時でした。 お部屋も広くて綺麗。大きな冷蔵庫のキッチン付き洗剤やスポンジやキッチンペーパーもありました。 Lフロアにはコンビニ、カフェ、ポケ屋さん、アイス屋さんもあり大変便利。宿泊分のアイス券をいただいて毎日楽しみました。唯一の欠点はシャワーの水圧が弱くお湯がぬるいこと。また是非宿泊したい幸せな空間でした。

這次住的這間酒店因為看中它是2024年新造的，不會有蟑螂所以入住的，住過之後我覺得有好有壞。 優點：服務很熱情； 游泳池在8樓，很乾凈的一塊地方； 隔樓層就有一個很大的飲水機，可以出房間就能倒水，不用自己買水，也不是在大堂倒水再拎上去，很方便； 酒店有每個小時去waikiki海灘的接駁車，下車的地方見p2，離海灘有一點點距離，大概是每個半點有回程的車來，很方便。 酒店的電梯很快，先在門口要按去的樓層，然後電梯會自動分配，基本上一秒一層，完全沒有高層電梯難的痛苦，這點很好； 對門就是ala moana，沃爾瑪，公交車都有。 再説説缺點：我不知道別的房間怎樣，我們定的房間窗户是個頂天的可移動大窗，一開門，就是一個半人高的玻璃，然後就沒有任何保護措施，也沒有陽台。見p1，也就是説二十幾層樓……直接一開窗，一個大風一刮就會飛出窗外，我覺得是挺危險的。所以後來我們這個窗户都不開了，就開一條縫通風； 雖説是24年新建的房間，但房間的設施已經有些壞了。浴缸下水慢，晾衣繩已經收不回去了，智能馬桶的遙控器也是壞的…… 總的來説我認為這個酒店不值五星，頂多是個四星，可以一住。
