Location, location, location conveniently located minutes from the Capitol, 10 mins to Hospitals and 1.8 miles from FSU!The space: Enter through your private entrance and into your large single room with floor-to-ceiling windows and queen bed. This unit features its own kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils. It also comes with a closet and a 2020 renovated private full bathroom! Large front yard and fenced backyard for your enjoyment. Perfect for all travel and offers a laptop-friendly workspace with fast internet and reliable Wi-Fi for work-from-home travelers.Guest access: Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer.Other details to note:All rooms are bleached post-check-out and again before check-in due to Covid-19. We also provide additional linen/towels for longer-term stays. This unit books fast and is usually booked for several days/weeks at a time. So, if this is not available, please check out our other units!Although check in is 3 PM... as long as your unit of choice has been cleaned and inspected, we would be happy to be flexible to your traveling needs. 非常滿意的一家民宿，地理位置絕佳，就在千垛油菜花的景區旁。房間敞亮，推開門就是油菜花地，感覺就像住在了油菜花海里。被褥乾淨舒適，小院環境優雅。吃飯也方便，有專業的廚師👩🍳做飯，雞鴨魚都能做而且味道不錯。院子的二樓露台上曬滿了被褥床單，一看就讓人放心被褥床單的乾淨程度。老闆娘人很好，盡職盡責，有求必應。總之，入住體驗感很好。院子裏還可以晾曬衣服呢！

這家民宿很大，三層樓，裏面有電梯，很乾凈，老闆娘很熱情，給我們升級了有陽台的房間，住的寬敞舒服，價格也實惠，離油菜花景區2公里左右，門口有公交車非常方便，到這邊來辦事情的，來了早些油菜花還沒開，免門票，裏面坐船20元逛了一圈打發時間，附兩張菜花照供大家欣賞

天寶花園大酒店：前台暖心升房，湖景早餐交出的高分答卷 入住天寶花園大酒店，第一秒就被前台圈粉。我比預訂時間早到兩小時，本打算寄存行李去湖邊閑逛，沒想到前台小姐姐一句“今天湖景房有空，直接給您免費升級”，30 秒辦好房卡，還遞上熱毛巾，旅途疲憊瞬間清零。 房間 180° 落地窗直麪天寶湖，晨起薄霧像白紗鋪在湖面上，傍晚橘色夕陽沉進水裡，隨手一拍都是桌面壁紙。陽台兩把藤椅、一張小圓桌，點杯咖啡看鳥羣掠過，時間被拉得很慢。 交通更是懶人福音：酒店正門 50 米自駕到市中心 15 分鐘，紅綠燈都很少。 早餐 7:00–9:30，足足 2.5小時，把“豐富”二字寫進細節。熱菜區有現煎太湖三白、黑胡椒牛排；本地檔的奧灶麪、桂花糖藕、酒釀圓子排成一排，師傅現場澆頭。甜品櫃 8 款蛋糕、6 種水果，咖啡機是緊鄰我最愛靠湖落地窗位，邊吃邊看成雙的黑天鵝遊過，比任何 BGM 都治癒。 退房時前台又塞了兩瓶水，説“路上潤喉”。從升房、湖景、早餐到送別，每個環節都提前替客人多想一步，這樣的天寶花園，我甘願做回頭客。

去興化辦事的朋友推薦的這家酒店，挺好的。 房間乾淨整潔，停車也特別方便。酒店設施齊全，簡約大氣。入住期間酒店員工都挺客氣的，前台還送我幾瓶礦泉水。退房時身份證忘記在房間了，前台小姐姐給我打電話説東西忘房間裏了，我都已經離開興化了他們還給我郵寄到家。實在太感謝了 給我省了不少事呢。下次來興化還會選擇這家酒店， 值得推薦！

來興化參加自行車比賽的、這次選的7天 、酒店的位置離比賽場地較近，酒店設施齊全該有的都有價格也很優惠 晚上很早就就睡覺了 覺睡的很踏實，第二天一早起來就去酒店旁邊的一個當地很有名的餐廳用餐，味道很好價格也很給力，我們騎車會流很多汗，我就和前台商量能不能晚一點退房因為比賽結束後要洗澡，前台很快就答應感覺很好，雖然比賽沒有拿到好的名次重在參與嘛但是酒店住的讓我感到很舒心、暖心、體貼👍👍

酒店服務熱情，知道帶小孩來，主動贈送了小童牙具和拖鞋，房間也是很大乾淨衞生，住了一晚很舒服，想不到家鄉也有這麼舒適的酒店了，以後逢年過節回來必選他家。早餐是在二樓的淮揚樓吃的，也是特別好吃。另外前台小姐姐特別熱情，點贊點贊！

房間很大，早餐很不錯。服務非常好，我們到時小朋友有點不舒服，店裡知曉後馬上從家裡拿了體温計和葯，真是幫了大忙。民宿離李中水上森林比較近，到千垛也不遠。就民宿的綜合條件來説，應該是附近幾個景區間最好的一個了。

這家酒店真的不錯 剛到酒店保安叔叔熱情跟我打招呼問我是不是住酒店停好車之後還幫我拿行李送到酒店門口進到大廳接待的小姐姐面帶微笑跟我説話 幫我辦理入住説這邊的景點和好吃的地方我把東西放到房間後小維幫我打開了窗簾 這個窗户真的很大足足有三四米長 聲控技術也是相當專業衞生間整潔乾淨 地板反光的能照鏡子 真的很哇塞 酒店外面景色怡人 舒舒服服的睡了一晚 簡直棒極了 給大大的贊
