Great Location, Terrible Service” I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.

위치가 번화가로부터 다소 떨어져있으나 조용하며 안전합니다. 숙소방은 깨끗하며 숙소와 화장실 크기가 충분하였고 침대, 침구류 모두 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 불가리제품으로 되어있어 좋았으며 수압, 온도조절도 용이하였습니다. 서비스는 체크인, 체크아웃, 조식시 모두 훌륭하였습니다. 매니저로 보이는 젊은 여성분과 젊은 벨보이분 모두 친절하셨습니다. 호텔의 수영장은 유리창을 경계로 실내, 실외로 이루어져 이용가능하며 마사지도 있으나 가격은 저렴하진 않습니다. 무엇보다도 하이라이트는 조식이었습니다. 인테리어가 고풍스러워 레스토랑에 머무는 듯한 느낌이었으며 중년 남성 서버분께서 친절하게 대응해주셔서 만족스러웠습니다. 여러 나라와 수많은 호텔에서 머물러봤지만, 일반 5성급 호텔중에서도 정말 잘 나오는 조식이라고 느껴졌습니다. 더불어, 서버분께 요청드리면 에그베네딕트, 아보카드 샌드위치, 오믈렛도 먹을 수 있습니다. 커피맛 또한 훌륭하였습니다. 숙소 가격이 포르투에서는 높은 편인데, 그만한 가치가 충분하다고 느껴지는 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 단점이라고는, 2박을 1박, 1박으로 나누어 예약하였는데 2일째, 기존에 받았던 카드가 작동되지않았습니다. 그러나, 곧바로 해결해주셨으며 이후로는 문제없이 잘 지냈습니다. 편안하게 머무르시길 원하신다면 여기 추천드립니다.

位置還不錯，離地鐵站不遠，這段距離步行的話大約 5～6 分鐘就能過走到，就是波爾圖的路上崎嶇的地方比較多。一層是咖啡廳，支持 visa 卡但是我刷中國發行的國際 visa 卡失敗了，還好 google pay 可以使用。早上有咖啡，可頌等供應。我定的房間內有洗手間和淋浴，還有一個小陽台可以坐着喝茶看電腦或者和別人聊天，或者是在天氣好的時候欣賞天空。入住了 2 天，我自己備好了眼罩和耳塞，不然可能會非常影響睡眠質量。反季外也有衞生間，洗漱台。雖然是上下鋪但是床鋪不高，即使在上鋪上下床也不會太費勁，就是似乎不是很結實，金屬的床有的時候會吱哇叫。晚上來喝酒的人比較多，如果結伴出行的話，樓下也承擔酒水吧的作用。

酒店的位置很好，靠近主要的景點和火車站。酒店人員服務就比較欠佳 - 訂的是城景房，我們要求更高樓層的房間時，就給我們換到內部客房。當時的價格內部客房比我們訂的城景房便宜。在我們的追問下，員工解釋那兩種房間都是一樣的。整體來説，前台服務就像走流程一樣，很機械化。房間打掃還算可以，但是每天都會少補東西。比較揪心的是房間裏的空調，不能隨意調整。有時還會自動關機。風的流動性很小，幾乎感受不到。窗户也開不了。怕悶的別訂這家。

唯一的好處是位置很好，位於市中心。那裡有多髒啊……最糟糕的是，晚上他們會讓你在門口等 15 到 20 分鐘，因為他們會鎖門，而且幾乎沒有辦法溝通。接待員不應該受到指責，因為他們是孤獨的，無法被分開。事實上，工人的待遇很好，但我認為老闆們不知道如何真正妥善管理員工的工作時間。早餐很差。你為一件垃圾支付了 13/15 歐元。咖啡、起司和乾香腸品質很差。乾羊角麵包。可怕。我不會回去。
