Not really warmed welcome and supportive. Lack of service staffs. The area and the room not really clean and the bathroom smell bad. However, the food is okay.

Travel with my family , location is the best. Value for money. The room is great however the bathroom nearly same size as room itself. Bathroom is in open air space therefore, the bug and mosquito enter room via bathroom.Beside , everything is seem reach my expectation. I will be back for more nights to stay.

Service good but hotel not upgrade for my rewards, should to take care and give a reward to costumers as in booking!

Good Location however, there quite mosquitoes. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

蚊子太多，門鎖不上

這個位置肯定在很多年前經歷過最好的時光。現在已經很舊了，形狀也不好，也不再有豪華度假村了——不值這個價錢。海灘被一條繁忙的新街道隔開，而且也不像照片中那麼好。 PCR 測試要求發生變化並且需要提前出發後，管理層不願意更改預訂。

Other hotels in Sihanoukville feel like urban, concrete giants. Sahaa, by contrast, is rustic, tropical, and less crowded, tucked along the quieter Otres Beach. The downsides include a visible lack of renovation, mosquitoes, and weaker WiFi. Yet the service remains great, and the free breakfast is decent. All in all, Sahaa is my go-to resort/hotel for a relaxed, budget-friendly retreat and a calmer beach experience.

這個地方或許曾經很美，庭院也依然如此。但現在狀況不佳。有些家具已經破損；門上沒有密封條，蟲子很容易鑽進來；門上的鎖裝置出了問題，如果不鎖門就關不上，所以我們不得不經常摸索著打開；浴室的竹牆底部磨損嚴重，蟲子很容易鑽進來，浴室沒有空調。不過，床很舒服，淋浴水壓強勁，空調效果很好（你真的需要它），工作人員的服務也很周到。我們花了一筆錢訂了私人小型泳池的房間，雖然泳池周圍的竹牆狀況很差，完全沒有隱私，但泳池很棒。主泳池也很棒。我們在餐廳吃過幾次飯，雖然很多菜色都賣光了，但味道確實不錯。週日早餐是自助餐，非常美味。當然，街對面就是海灘——不是那種滑石粉般的白色沙灘（我覺得那種沙灘你得去島上才能看到），而是一個清涼宜人的寧靜之地。這片區域似乎主要是華人和柬埔寨人的度假勝地。我們很喜歡海灘上那些賣炭烤海鮮和蔬菜的小販。

The hotel location is very goods close to the Otres Beach, very quiet, and the staff are very helpful (specially the evening girl waiter she's so helpful), nice breakfast and specially I like Beef Lock so much I have order twice time during my stay, and my wife she like deep fried spring roll so much too, we are so happy for our stay. Cheer, And I will come back again for sure, highly recommend this hotel.

房間乾淨舒適。該位置實際上就在海灘的街道對面，那裡很繁忙，但並不吵鬧。大廳、餐廳尤其是泳池區都很好，整體氛圍非常輕鬆。我真的很喜歡和女兒一起游泳。另一方面，在我們住宿期間，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。而且，價格是如此合理。我強烈推薦這個地方。
