前台工作人員非常細心和樂於助人。房間非常乾淨、舒適。酒店設計有點局促，沒有一般公眾可以使用的樓梯來代替電梯。在我住宿期間衹有兩部電梯，其中一部壞了。酒店人滿為患所以電梯要排隊。前台工作人員讓我通過行政區域進入樓梯間，這是糟糕的建築設計。另外裏面幾乎沒有停車位，在地下的停車場很小，比較容易停滿，所以我不得不把車停在附近的停車場。有趣的是，每天的費用比酒店便宜得多…

我們是浙江温州的，陪孩子一起來到波士頓、劍橋市，來走訪孩子即將入讀的哈佛大學，在攜程上選擇比較後，從星級、地理位置、入住人數、房價性價比比較後選擇了這家酒店。 1、房間兩面有窗，窗外通透、亮堂，景色不錯，但封閉式不能開窗，感覺不透氣；2、兩夫妻帶了孩子入住，沙發床鋪開很大，是1.5的床，一間房可以睡3-4位，不錯；3、沙發床拉開後，床腳鐵杆件連結處很鋒利，走過去小腿劃傷了，反映後，後勤人員過來很認真，對床腳做了膠帶包裹，但反映出日常細節還沒有發現該問題；提出賠償後，客房後勤（或是工程部）説要向前台反映，理賠不歸他們管轄。前台經理先是説“個人意外，不賠償”，經再次電話反映，她説衹能免費提供三個人一天的早餐，再送幾瓶水。點評：美國酒店裡沒有免費的礦泉水，沒有提供洗漱牙刷牙膏，沒有燒水壺（一樓有冰水提供），沒有拖鞋，自己要提前考慮準備。總體來説，位置處於市中心，地鐵站在附近，衞生，寬敞，還是值得推薦。

這個Indigo 應該是去年剛翻新的，蘋果自帶地圖上顯示的還是假日智選。洲際/皇冠/假日/智選住過不少，這次是第一次住英迪格，實在看不出所謂精品之處。周邊有些地方在維修，有些亂，餐館和超市倒是不少。早餐送一份主食一杯飲料，分量較小，態度不好。這家酒店周圍沒有花園，為什麼叫Garden 呢？因為挨着TD Garden ，也就是籃球和冰球隊的主場，也會辦演唱會，所以價格變動較大，有活動時經常沒房，晚上散場后比較吵鬧。也挨着火車北站和地鐵站，但去紐約都是從南站走。酒店門口有停車場和代客泊車。糟糕的是，我入住時室外5℃，一直換到第四個房間才能制熱。當你的房間有圖四這樣的小空調時，大空調大概率是壞的，而小空調可能也是壞的，比走廊還要冷的多，Booking的評論也有提到。前台會讓人來修，（假裝修一下）修不好會幫你調換，態度都好，但我懷疑他們本來就知道哪些房間空調是壞的。清潔人員是說西語的，一點英語都不會，需要軟件翻譯。總之，如果不是為了就近看比賽，並不需要特別住這。
